Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a solo adventure, my home is designed to be your perfect haven.

Located 10 minutes from I4/I75 junction.

20 mins to Raymond James Stadium, Channelside, Downtown Tampa & Riverwalk, Busch Gardens & Adventure Island
25 mins to Tampa airport
45 mins to St. Pete/Clearwater beaches
55 mins to Orlando attractions - Disney World, Universal Studios
Living Area/Entryway: This living space is full of comfortable furniture, making it the perfect spot for reading, relaxing, or socializing. Enjoy a small library of books available for your pleasure. - Double air mattress provided to turn this space into an overnight haven.
Second Living Room: Relax on the comfy sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The living room is adorned with a mix of vintage and contemporary art. Wood burning fireplace for chilly nights to top off the vibrant yet cozy ambiance. - Double air mattress provided to turn this space into an overnight haven.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and all the foundational and basic essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee from the charming breakfast nook or prepare a quick snack at the appliance station.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom is a sanctuary designed for restful sleep. You’ll find plush bedding, ample storage, and thoughtful details to make settling in easy. **Third bedroom/Grey Room: also features a dedicated work/office space, fully equipped with dual monitors and a universal connector for your device(s). Leave me out of the Android vs. Apple debate—I’ve got you covered either way!
Bathroom(s): Fresh, clean, and stocked with all the necessities, including fluffy towels, hair tool(s) and premium toiletries.
Outdoor Space: Unwind in the large, screened patio or the even larger backyard oasis, perfect for evening cocktails, barbecue with guests or morning yoga - You are invited to use the provided mat and foam roller or bring your own- Enjoy the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars and a charcoal grill for delicious outdoor meals.
During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire house
*Restricted Area(s) – No guest access to the attached garage and the main bedroom closet (Don’t worry, I’ve added a free-standing clothes rack and there is plenty of space in the dresser for your belongings).
- As this is my personal home, I kindly ask that you treat it with respect and care.
Security
For peace of mind, ensuring the safety and security of my home and guests. There is a Ring Doorbell and outside cameras with a yard-facing view of back and front. You will find an Echo Show in home (Second Living Room) for viewing of cameras.
There are also and cameras in the restricted access areas (garage and main bedroom closet) - views not visible on Echo Show.
