This is not your typical rental, this is our home and we enjoy sharing it with our respectful guests!
Enter through your private entrance into the spacious living area complete with table Arcade Game, smart TV and ample seating. Enjoy cooking in our chef's kitchen. Relax in our backyard orchard area or venture to the beach just steps across the highway.

Much care has been taken during the recent decorating and design project, providing a quality eye-pleasing and comfortable experience for our guests. We have worked hard to make this a fun, clean and enjoyable place with many extras, including two-tone paint, and various fixture and appliance upgrades.



Kick of your shoes and pick your favorite bedroom! This lovely home boasts two guest bedrooms providing comfortable and enjoyable sleeping options for everyone. The main bedroom is private with new King mattress. Relax and enjoy the lovely space which includes eye-pleasing design and cable television. The second bedroom has two twin beds with comfy bedding and eye-pleasing decor. For your sleeping comfort, twin room is convertible to King mattress with three additional twin mattresses available upon request. Each sleeping area provides bedding including extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.



The lovely bathroom won't disappoint, with tub/shower combo and pleasant decorator options included to enhance your enjoyment. Ample towels and tolietry items are provided as well.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with lovely counters, cabinetry, sink, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, flatware and cooking items are included for easy meal preparation. Serving and dining are easy and efficient at the large dining table, as well. The open concept floor plan offers comfortable party-style living with adjoining family room/living room, kitchen and dining areas. Relaxation is the name of the game here!



You are welcome to park in our driveway or in one of the spaces in front of the house. There is a 2 vehicle limit for guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Year-round and outdoor adventures are just minutes away at the various beaches found up and down CA-1, including the beach just steps away and across the highway with a slight climb downward to the sand/water.



You-pick farms can be found along the road with locally grown items for sale as well. Mountain biking and hiking activities are plentiful. The nearby Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk offers seasonal amusement opportunities. The Santa Cruz Wharf provides fun shopping and dining options with fresh sea food treats and many souvenir shops to explore. Try the local taffy made at the wharf candy store for a special treat! Half Moon Bay is about 40 miles north and San Francisco 70 miles north on CA-1. This coastal drive provides breath-taking water and coastline views as you drive through the charming coastal towns along the way. A fun drive 60 miles south on CA-1 provides opportunities for Monterey and Carmel area exploration. Visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium or explore the famous Pebble Beach 17-Mile Drive with its amazing views and lavish properties. There are several restaurant choices in the town of Davenport for your local dining experience as well. With Davenport as home base, day trips, beach days or total relaxation/walks through town never disappoint! The name of the game here is vacation memory-making at its BEST!

We are brothers who grew up in a family of beach lovers. Our vacations always included the great Santa Cruz area beaches. As adults, we now have the pleasure and privilege of sharing our special Coastal Cutie with our friends and guests. We call this "Living the Dream" as we help guests enjoy, relax and make great vacation memories!
