The only thing as big cooks in our family, the kitchen was lacking in supplies and dish towels. Other than that we had a fabulous time and the lodge was great!!!

Great Cabin

We have been going to Smoky for more than 10 years, and this is a real nive cabin if you have a big group. Very spacious bedrooms, with golf and a pool. Will definitely stay again.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

The lodge was perfect for my group. Checking in was very easy. Great communication from the host. The interior of the lodge is beautiful with super cute decor! The living space and kitchen table was great for my large group, plenty of seats for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook several meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows if you need them. The kids loved the downstairs area, they had a lot of fun with all the activities and arcades .Everyone loved the outdoor space. We sat outside every evening! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Multi family vacation in this beautiful home

House is exactly as pictured. 17 people for a family getaway and there was plenty of space to spread out between the main living area/kitchen, pool, hot tub, and both balconies! All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Beds & bedding were very comfortable and I even took a picture of the tag for the duvet to maybe get for home haha. Great location- we were able to get to most of our places of interest in 20+mins.Had two issues upon arrival and Ben answered immediately and was able to address our concerns. Communication and being able to get ahold of someone is most important. Appreciated his availability and him checking in again mid stay to make sure things were good. The house is truly beautiful & perfect for any age group.

Pool not working

The place is spacious, and lovely. But unfortunately the place wasn’t very clean. Our guest complained about hair in shower dust on side tables and sheets not smelling clean.Also there is no cooking essentials, only offered two dishwasher soaps, and one roll of paper towels. With the size of the rental you would assume there would be more left.And lastly the pool was not working when we got there ( not heated). This was a huge disappointment because we had a whole day planned to stay in the property to enjoy this amenity. We contacted host and they weren’t able to get someone there until the day before we left, and never got the pool to heat up.

Disappointed

Immediately after getting out of our vehicle the disappointment sat it. We pulled up to two trash bags, that had been torn open, on the front porch. After checking the caged trash cans, I seen why it had been left- those were full. So full that the people that stayed before had thrown their trash with dirty diapers in between the trash cans. I walked inside and I noticed the furniture was in disarray. No biggie though, as I started walking around to straighten things out I noticed none of the tables had been wiped down. The ones on the outside were filthy, along with dirty aluminum pans next to the disgusting grill. I could tell there was no way someone throughly cleaned this cabin. The bedrooms and bathrooms did look clean, however it was hard for me to trust that the bedding had been changed due to how the rest of the cabin appeared. Throughout the stay we noticed that there was in fact not a full size pool table, just a small kid size one, which was bent. The foosball table didn’t have a plug for the air. One beanbag was busted and we didn’t know until the kids sat down and the filling went everywhere! To which we couldn’t sweep up because there was no broom. All of the board games were thrown in an ottoman and out of the boxes in a mess. We had to rig up the wheels on the dishwasher bottom tray so it wouldn’t sit directly on the spinner. One bunk room had a closet that was taken up by a huge broken fan. Overall I am disappointed as far as the cabin goes.

Stephanie- We are sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. We do our best to pick up and trash removed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, instances come up where even other people us our trash containers. Please know we did our best to remove this as soon as you made us aware of the situation. Please also know we removed the fan in the closet. Please also know that we do not advertise or have a pool table at the property. I can assure you that all bedding is cleaned before every guest and we did send cleaners out once we received your complaints. When we came out your guests told us everything was fine.
