Our family really enjoyed this cabin. It was perfect for our group of 13. Tons to keep the kids entertained. The adults really enjoyed just relaxing on the deck by the fire.

Trapped in the bathroom, maintenance had an attitude

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time overall, but we ran into a serious issue when one of our guests got locked in the bathroom. Given that our group included young children, elderly guests, and visitors with special needs, this could have easily turned into a much worse situation. Fortunately, everyone was okay, but the service technician who arrived was skeptical and quite rude—he barely even acknowledged my hand when

This cabin is a great place to stay. Not a bad drive up to it, and not far from the action of the town. Make sure to load your phone GPS with directions while your on the Cabins WiFi, cell service is spotty until you get back down closer to town. The multiple free tickets per day to attractions is a plus. Everyone in our family had a great time.

Great House for a Great Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin for my wife's 30th birthday. We had a great time with friends. There was no reason for us to go out to town because there was plenty to do at the house. There were a few little issues at the cabin, but the maintenance staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay at this cabin again and stay with Bear Tracts again!

The cabin was incredible. The host was responsive and helpful. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you’d need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing! Our family spent most of our time in the pool and playing pool. My only complaint is that upon arrival 2 of the arcade games didn’t work. The host immediately gave us the maintenance number but after driving all day, the last thing you want to do is deal with maintenance issues. We specifically booked this cabin for the variety of games for our kids so having half of them not work upon arrival was kind of annoying. Overall amazing experience and would absolutely return.

Great Place for a Family Getaway

The cabin waws great. It seemed to be about 10-15 min from pretty much everything. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and games. The deck and fire pit were great for sitting around talking. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone (13 people). We would definitely stay the again.

Great Family Vacation

The house was great. The internet was a little slow but you are in the mountains and plenty to do in the house. We did spend most of our time out on the town and the house was great to come back to relax. The kids loved the pool and the adults liked the pool table and pin ball machine.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this chalet! The whole house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the highlights was the entertainment, especially the video games, which made it easy to relax and enjoy time indoors with kids. The pool was also a huge plus and perfect for the grandkids—no one wanted to leave! We actually didn't leave our entire trip lol We did run into a small issue during our stay (no fault of the host), but they handled it quickly and professionally, sending someone out within 20 minutes to take care of it. Even before our trip, communication was excellent—they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and cozy getaway close to everything. I’d happily stay here again—and probably will!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to the National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We traveled with 4 children, ages 3-11. They loved the game room, pool, and hot tub. The morning and evening views of the mountains from the front deck are spectacular, and we enjoyed many evenings eating on the deck while watching wildlife pass through. We would highly recommend staying here!

TN Christmas Break

Beautiful, spacious, comfy home. We (Grandma & Grandpa) took sons and their families (four grand sons) to meet up with family from Florida. With the wonderful pool, hot tub and numerous video games, everyone was good just staying in.
