Majestic Splash sleeps 20 and is located in For By Grace Resort, a hidden treasure in the heart of Sevierville, Tennessee, within picturesque Sevier County. This charming community blends serene natural beauty with modern convenience, making it an ideal retreat for families, retirees, or anyone seeking a peaceful mountain getaway. The game room is designed for all ages, featuring a full-sized pool table, three arcade games: NBA Jam, Golden Tee, and a multi-arcade machine, and two comfy sofas for kicking back with your favorite shows. • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip.
• Less than 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park.
• Less than 10 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 10 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
