Bedroom 2 is across the hall and has 2 full size beds, oceanfront balcony, and flatscreen TV. Just outside this bedroom is the shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. This unit is located just a few steps away from the beach and oceanfront outdoor pool that has chairs and umbrellas. The building has 2 elevators. There are many restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream shops within close proximity as well as a short ride to the boardwalk complete with amusement park and tram. All beds are newer and in good condition. All a/c units have been replaced within the last 3 years. Water heater is new as of 2025. Towels and linens may be rented for an additional charge. A parking pass is required which can be purchased from the machine near the lobby entrance. Fee is approximately $40-$50 per vehicle. Any cars without a parking pass will be towed away by the management. No group rentals or to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Sorry - pets are NOT permitted. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund. A starter supply of paper towels/toilet paper will be provided.
