Introduction:
Step into a generously proportioned apartment located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a family-friendly building. With 4 bedrooms, each featuring a closet and bathroom, along with complimentary linens, towels, and WiFi, your comfort is assured. Convenient parking is available on the 5th floor, space #4, with easy access to the main entrance just one floor below.
Living/Dining/Terrace/Kitchen:
As you enter, be captivated by sweeping panoramic views of the beach, pool, and recreational condo areas. The living area is spacious, complemented by an 8-seat wooden dining table. Relax on the terrace with two lounge chairs or a dining set for four while savoring a delicious charcoal-grilled meal. The open kitchen is fully equipped with amenities, including a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and more, making meal preparation a breeze.
Bedroom Area:
With 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 guests and an additional service bedroom, everyone can unwind in comfort. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, beach-view balcony, Roku TV, and portable fan. The second and third bedrooms feature bunk beds (double below, single above), accommodating an extra single bed, closets, mosquito-netted windows, and portable fans. Adjacent bathrooms offer hot water, and all bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.
Service Area:
Complete your stay with convenient laundry facilities, including a washer-dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies. Additionally, a small service bedroom with a private bathroom can be utilized as a cozy office space upon prior arrangement.
Parking Area:
Reserved parking spaces (linear) are located on the rooftop, with 2 designated for Vista Honda. Additional parking is available around the condominium pool area. From the parking level, it's a short descent to the apartment entrance.
Cleaning:
Enjoy a weekly mandatory cleaning service, with the option for more frequent cleanings upon request.
Beach Access:
Experience the expansive and secure beach, often flagged yellow for safe swimming and patrolled by lifeguards during the summer.
