The home was perfect for our family get together. Accessibility was key and this home fit the bill. The place was clean and supplied all the needed amenities we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and everything we needed. We will look into this same home for our next year trip! Thank you!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came to Kingsland to attend a family event. The property was a lovely home with an exceptional interior. All the amenities were provided. We loved sitting on the lakeside patio in the morning wtaching the sune come was a peaceful and tranquil. Later in the day the lake comes alive with activity but it isn't too noisy. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this property. Didn't get a chance to use the Country Cove private lakeside facilitybut it is a nice bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this location and the Country Cove was not too far away. We look forward to future vacations with your organization and might try to stay on the Country Cove grounds next time. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was once thing at the house that might need some looking in to. The garbage disposal would not work for the kitchen sink and I pulled some old food from a previous stay that may have clogged it. I didn’t need to use the garbage disposal myself but looks like maybe the previous visitors tried to utilize it and that’s why the food stayed in the drain. Just something to look into but this didn’t affect our stay. We look forward to our next vacation with you. Thank you

Great, except one thing...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They advertise a king size bed, there is no king size bed in the rental. Leaving my husband and I not to sleep very well on my birthday. My husband is 6'5 and when you have to share a queen size bed with a large man, it leads to little sleep. I was very disappointed with this and I would not have rented if it were advertise correctly. Maybe that was intentional? Other than that, the place is lovely! Get a king size bed and we will be back!!

It’s definitely important for rental descriptions to be accurate, and having a comfortable sleeping arrangement can make a big difference in an enjoyable stay. Sharing a queen bed with someone tall can definitely be challenging, and it's understandable why you would feel disappointed. It’s good to hear that, aside from that issue, you found the place lovely. A king-size bed would certainly be a welcome addition, especially for guests who need more space. Spacious Home with Beautiful Backyard on Lake LBJ in Kingsland

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. Communication prior to arrival was prompt and informative. Check in was very easy. Great location close to Boat Town and the sandbars. The home has (2) Master rooms, each with a queen bed and its own bathroom. One is in the front (street side) of the home while the other has views of the lake. The beds were very comfortable as well. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, one having bunk beds and the other a daybed with trundle mattress. The kitchen, dining and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. The AC worked great! We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining were thoroughly enjoyed with beautiful views of the lake. The backyard is spacious. The only thing I wish it had was an open lift for your boat. There is a nice area on the side to tie up to, but this side of the lake the wakeboard boats drive very close to shore as it’s the deeper side of the lake and cause HUGE waves tossing the boat around. We would definitely recommend this home! Thank you for sharing with us.
