Located in the heart of the Village of Radium Hot Springs, you’ll be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Onsite pool and hot tubs for guest use.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

Please note, due to local bylaws, the condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, with any remaining guests being children.

There is an assigned underground parking space available for guests' use.

No pets are allowed.

Check in was simple. We received detailed directions and access codes. Condo is two-level on top floor of condo unit. Very nice and clean. Complete kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. It is a quiet building in a quiet area. Would stay there again.

Amazing views.

We enjoyed our time at the Peaks and wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area. The condo was well stocked. We couldn’t seem to control the temperature though and there was no hair dryer.

Great condo

Great condo in the heart of radium. Great pool access which my son said was the highlight of the trip. Quick 15min walk to downtown radium. Comfiest beds ever. Great view from balcony. Check in could have been smoother but that’s ok Would recommend and stay here again

Wonderful stay

Nice view, clean and have everything you need! Although got the wrong unit number in my Mail which caused a delay and several phonecalls until we got into the right apartment. So please management get the right unit next time🙏

This rental needs some deep cleaning. Carpets are stained with cigarette burns, condo itself smells like smoke, sinks and showers do not drain and needs a plumber to clear. Bathroom towel rack falling out of the wall and bathroom baseboards are rotten.This does not feel like a vacation home rather someone’s home that moved out for the weekend. Personal belongs throughout the condo, open alcohol, leftover milk and all opened condiments and other open food left in the fridge. Loft window has never been cleaned and patio felt dirty. They did have clean bedding and towels but that was about it. The building itself also smelt like weed in the hallway which the condo association should be aware of.

Desperately needs TLC and Repairs!

Nice view, quiet and a shared pool and jacuzzi to use.Main floor Bathroom sink and bathtub shower plugged and therefore drained slowly. Kitchen ceiling lights flickering off and on, a wiring issue. Plenty of kitchen ware but all dirty. When we opened the dishwasher, it was FILTHY. So we cleaned it. Cigarette and other stains on all rugs. The flat shelf and the crisper in the fridge, were held together with tape and both fell down to the bottom of the fridge. The suite needs a good cleaning and repairs need to be done. We called the property management company 2 days in a row to address our concerns but no one called us back.
