This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bath corner condo has spectacular mountain views, comfortably sleeps a maximum of 4 guests as per village bylaws. Master bedroom includes a King size bed, master bath with shower and a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the Rocky Mountains. Second bedroom features a King size bed (or option to set up as 2 twin XL beds for extra fee of $30), flat screen TV and DVD player. New Queen hide-a-bed in the Living Room. Black out curtains in all rooms. Furnished main balcony where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the Purcell Mountains. Main bathroom (tub/shower). Comfortable dining for up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include A/C, BBQ, gas fireplace, in suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, 2nd flat screen TV with streaming channels & DVD player (200+ DVDs), elevator, secure assigned underground heated parking and additional above ground parking, access to seasonal outdoor heated pool, year round outdoor hot tub and games room with WI-FI, darts, and pool table. Great communication up to and including the original reservation, but absolutely NO response to our messages to the hosts after arriving when we wrote about three problems:-missing wand for the window blinds-non-functioning light for cooking from the light under the microwave.Gave up emailing about problems when we received NOresponse.Two more problems, which I did not even try to report to the owners, since they did not respond to the first two.-the creaking sound of the microwave when it was turned on and throughout the time it was on. Sounded like it might fall apart.- loud footsteps thumping from the residents in the unit above

If you are looking for a stress free holiday, I can’t recommend Kathy and Darwin more! You can tell they love the area and it is reflected in the details. Every thing you could need and more was provided for our stay and it felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay at this spacious little condo. Stayed for a couple nights on a little BC trip. This was a very comfy, cozy, and very clean little home away from home. Nice quiet building and easy to get to. Would definatley stay again and recommend to others looking for a place to stay in the Radium area.

A short stay in June

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June. The condo was spotless and very well set up. We had everything we needed while staying there. We definitely recommend the condo and will return in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! Kathy And Darwin were super easy to work with-keeping us informed of everything beforehand leading up to our stay. Our stay was short but comfortable and convenient. Not only did we feel at home, but we did not need to hunt for anything within the condo as it was laid out with ease and common sense. Comfortable beds, cozy linens and accessible extras. Would definitely come back!

Owners were very responsive and gave excellent information. They have a notebook full of details about the area. The unit was well furnished and clean. It is conveniently located for sightseeing in that area. This was our first experience using VRBO and we are quite pleased with the experience.

Great Condo Experience in Radium

Radium Hot Springs and area has been a great vacation destination for a very long time. October offers an opportunity to enjoy the many experiences while crowds are greatly reduced. Everything from the hot springs pool to the many excellent restaurants are much easier to access. The VRBO unit we stayed in is the perfect accomodation from which to access the many local activities. The condo is exceptionally well equipped with high end appliances, fully equipped kitchen and many extras like boxes of kids toys and an extensive DVD library. The underground parking is handy and secure, not always the case with hotel parking. As we entered the condo it was obvious that the owners take great pride in the unit; clean carpets, comfortable furniture and beds and near-new paint abound. I would recommend this condo to anyone who appreciates a high-end, convenient and comfortable place in Radium Hot Springs.

Stunning views and equipped with everything you need

This was our family's first time heading out west from Ontario. We are so thankful we decided to stay here, everything was clean and the condo came with everything we needed! We flew in to Calgary and used a grocery pick up service to grab some groceries before heading out to Radium Hot Springs. The drive was fairly long but so worth it! We made a day of stopping along the way to see some of the most stunning views of my life. Thank you Kathy and Darwin for sharing your space with us so we could have the trip of a life time!

Great stay!

The property is great! So well equipped, some things that we usually need to bring from home were there; good paring knives and all kinds of helpful gadgets right down to the apple corer/sectioner/thingy. We had a very small issue first morning but our host took care of it very quickly. Thank you!

Very nice place, would stay again.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness. And this place was CLEAN! It had everything you need as well. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub every night and my in-laws enjoyed the mountain view from their bedroom as they were visiting from the Dominican Republic! I highly recommend this beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again! Angela

Such a great space and hosts

We loved our time here! The space is wonderful with everything you need. Our family loved the pool and hot tub as well! The hosts were great and very responsive to every question we had and had solutions to any needs we had. This is the real deal for accommodations and made our trip a great time!

Kathy and I are from the beautiful city of Saskatoon, when we meet people in the valley and we tell them where we are from the next question is always “Wow how long does it take to get here?”, well it is 866 km and it takes up about 8 Âœ - 9 hours. But as everyone knows once you are here it is worth the drive. We have 2 wonderful daughters and a son-in-law. We bought at the Peaks in the fall of 2017 and have never for a moment regretted it, the Peaks is a wonderful place and the quite small-town vibe of Radium is a welcome change from the hoards of tourists in Banff and Jasper. With access to everything we could want for outdoor enjoyment, we love to kayak the surrounding lakes and enjoy cruising down the river from Invermere to Radium. The hiking is endless, golf courses are numerous and when we are done our day we can have an evening soak in the outdoor hot tub.

The Peaks is a wonderful place, the quiet small-town vibe of Radium is a welcome change from the hoards of tourists in Banff and Jasper. With access to everything you could want for outdoor enjoyment, we love to kayak the surrounding lakes and enjoy cruising down the Columbia River from Invermere to Radium. The hiking is endless, golf courses are numerous and when we are done our day we can have an evening soak in the outdoor hot tub.
