Our apartment is in Glenview West one of the best and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by residential homes and outdoor areas.
The Red Hill Valley Trail is a seven-kilometre trail connecting both the Waterfront Trail in Confederation Park and the Bruce Trail. It passes through lovely escarpment lands and beautiful natural areas, and is accessible throughout the Glenview Neighbourhood. The perfect place for dog walkers, nature lovers and joggers.
Along the Queenston border of this neighbourhood, you will find the majority of convenience stores and amenities. Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is 10 minutes away from downtown Hamilton and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around:
Our home is 10 minutes away from downtown Hamilton and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
This quiet, mostly residential area is conveniently located with easy access to the Red Hill Valley Parkway and Lincoln Alexander Expressway for easy commuting.
Once you are on the Red Hill Valley Parkway, getting to the QEW is a breeze. Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
âąTo help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
âą The laundry room is a shared space that you can use. It is located in the basement and costs $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Please note that the laundry room is not available for use between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM.
âą To enhance your experience and comfort, weâre implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, weâll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.
âą Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest after you have confirmed your reservation.
âą Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
