Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 303B est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain offrant une vue incroyable sur Little Lagoon et la piscine depuis le 3ème étage du bâtiment 'B'.

Great trip!

303B is a beautiful, comfortable and clean unit. Furniture and appliances were very nice and up-to-date. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with two little kids who sometimes need their own space. Communication with iTrip was excellent. When we thought there was an issue with the washing machine, they were prepared to send someone right over to fix it (turns out it was user error, not a mechanical problem). My only complaint is that we had to wait 2.5 hours past the check in time to get into the room. I do appreciate that they had a supervisor out there cleaning our unit so that we could get in, but the delay was not communicated to us, and after a long day of travel with two small kids, it was not ideal. That said, the room was beautiful and clean when we entered. The pool and courts were very nice. The other guests were very friendly. It was a lovely trip.

Great family vacation

We loved being so close to the beach and having a pool to still go to. The actual unit could use some renovation and updating. Still not a bad place for the amount of time we were there. Met all my family’s needs.

Great location

Loved that although it was windy when their we could enjoy the pool and patio as the building blocked most of the wind. Great location, close to everything but not in the busy district. Would consider changing the master bath to a elongated toilet. We did kill 3 cockroaches during our stay which I guess is normal for the type of building, overall would stay at the Surf and Racquet Club again.

303B Great Condo!

A+++ We thoroughly enjoyed 303B. We have had the pleasure of staying on this property, Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club many times. We highly recommend this property for all of its amenities, parking is plentiful, beach access is phenomenal, proximity to everything Gulf Shores is 20 minutes away. We see a large number of the same faces year after year. See you June 27th!

Gulf Shores

Lovely location. Condo is well set-up. The ottoman for a coffee table doesn't work. The kitchen table and chairs are ok. Other than that the main bedroom mattress was fantastic! and the curtain set-up is terrific! iTrip is fantastic to deal with ... a small problem with the dishwasher that they fixed right away. The weather was cool (it was terrific last Jan) but you cant blame anyone for the weather. We would stay again for sure. In the winter, it would be nice to have a condo with sun in the same building but this condo is great.

Quiet condo

We enjoyed our stay here though we did have a few issues with the condo. The things we loved: fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, nice layout with plenty of space for 4 people, loved the pool area and the view of it, beds were comfortable. Things that were lacking: the bathrooms were not very clean, dust on the back of the toilets, corners and edges haven't seen a dust rag in months, WiFi was a joke-shared with the rest of the huge complex which was difficult as I run a business from my laptop, furniture needs to be upgraded, condo is right next to the smoking section of the pool area so we couldn't open the doors many times because of smoke.

Love the area but not the unit

It’s a great area but the unit had some deficiencies: 1. Loud construction noise for several days 2. Kitchen is small and poorly designed, especially the cabinets 3. The tennis courts needed work which was done after we complained. The nets were still at pickle ball height instead of tennis height. 4. The floors were dirty 5. The coffee pot was difficult to operate. Needs instructions. 6. Could not get TV channels I wanted. No cable, only streaming thru Visio. Missed several ball games.

Nice accommodations but....

The condo was nice and was stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. We noticed a burned out lightbulb and leaky dishwasher that the management company came out the next day to address (dishwasher couldn't be fixed before we left, but we could still run it as long as we put a few towels down). HOWEVER, the dead bolt was 'disabled' so there was no way to 'secure' your family once you were in the unit. While it seemed safe enough, we'd never heard of that before and were not the most comfortable with that situation. Also, not an issue with the condo itself but many people staying at the resort would "reserve" pool chairs first thing in the morning so if you just went down without doing that, many times there were no lounge chairs available.

Decent place. Ok stay but won’t return.

Old complex. Unit was much smaller than expected. No room in kitchen for groceries so have to use your counter space for them, making cooking challenging. No ceiling fans. Unit sleeps 8 but only 4 outdoor chairs on balcony. Patio sliding doors very hard to open and close. Living room furniture very stained, making first impression that the condo was dirty. We loved the uncrowded beach and pool. Enjoyed playing pickleball every night

Girls at the beach

For the most part, everything was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, and the convenience. The unit is very well stocked, which helped so much. The two issues we had were a little bit frustrating and offputting. First of all, even though we had been given instructions on the proper way to take care of things, we did not have Wi-Fi. Every time we tried to hook up Alexa said she couldn’t. We finally called and were told to call the Wi-Fi company which we did. They said they could tell it was out and if they could send someone out for it. We were like no we are on vacation. Number one we shouldn’t have had to call service in number two. We sure shouldn’t have to sit there and wait for them to come over. He gave us the code for another unit and it did not work either so we had no Wi-Fi the entire time. The second thing is after a couple of days we had been out and came back in the afternoon and the code on our door wouldn’t work. We called and were told to call another number and she then called us back and she came right over to fix it. well there was something wrong with the batteries so she had to leave to go get more. That’s all understandable but the real frustrating part was that we needed to get inside to change clothes for a reservation we had that evening. So that really screwed up our plans. These are the kinds of things that shouldn’t have to happen when you’re on vacation. Bottom line is we feel like our situation should have warranted a little more consider

Great Stay

Our family stayed for a week; two adults and two kids (10 & 7). The property had plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy the whole time. Beach across the street, pickleball/tennis, fishing from the pier, and pool time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/etc. that you would need. Would recommend.

Great location

We stayed the month of December. The pots and pans need to be replaced but I usually bring my own so it wasn’t a problem. I also bring a few rugs as the floors are cold this time of year. We love staying at GSSR and would book again.

I stayed there with my grandchldren and great grandchildren,. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Loved the view over the bay and the pool was great. It was very quiet at night no loud parties. Nice walk just right across the street to the beach. I would stay there again.
