Cette villa de luxe isolée est niché sur une demi-acre de jardins tropicaux luxuriants et parfumés arbres feuille de laurier dans les collines de printemps Estate. Bay Tree Villa dispose d'une fabuleuse vue sur une plantation de noix de coco, Spring Beach et l'île de Battowia. Bay Tree Villa est situé dans un des plus silencieux endroits sur Bequia, parfait pour la paix et la vie privée, tout en étant à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de plages, des restaurants et de la vie de l'île.

Chaque aspect de Bay Tree Villa encourage les clients à se divertir dans la manière qu'ils choisissent avec une variété d'espaces extérieurs de la piscine et terrasse sur le pont de l'ombre et barbecue patio couvert.
Le salon est un espace ouvert à la salle à manger et cuisine avec 14ft des portes menant à la terrasse couverte pour les repas ou simplement se détendre. Le salon contient Wi-Fi, une télévision à grand écran plat avec câble, haut-parleur Bluetooth pour se connecter à votre iPod, etc. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et distributeur d'eau, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, mixeur, grille-pain et cafetière, double four et cuisinière à gaz. La cuisine donne sur une terrasse isolée avec salle à manger pour 6 et un barbecue. La suite parentale dispose d'un grand lit à baldaquin king size, d'un ventilateur de plafond haute puissance et mène à la terrasse couverte à l'avant de la villa, un dressing séparé et une salle de bain avec une grande douche en pierre. Une deuxième chambre principale avec soit un lit king size ou deux lits jumeaux, un ventilateur de plafond de haute puissance et un dressing et une salle de bains privative.

La villa dispose également d'une salle de remise en forme pour les clients de profiter de ce qui comprend des poids libres, une machine elliptique, un tapis de sol et plusieurs salle de gym.

Pour les clients qui cherchent une activité il ya beaucoup sur l'offre de plongée, snorkeling, pêche, tennis, randonnée, voile ou excursions d'une journée vers les îles voisines. Les services de spa peuvent également être organisées à la villa.

Amazing, relaxing time

Suzanne and Tim are the ultimate hosts who magically appear when you need something and are invisible the remainder of the time. We found this resort to fit our needs perfectly. The view is amazing and the house is so private and quiet.

Fantastic vacation!

We spent 2 weeks at the villa and it was wonderful. The villa has everything you can need (including a small gym) and the view is breathtaking. The description of the villa is very accurate and it looks even better than in photo! Suzanne is the perfect host: she prepared a light supper for our arrival, organized taxis and gave us excellent advice and tips about thing to do in the island. She really helped us have an even greater vacation, thank you so much! We absoultely recommend it.

The not-surprising finding: the happiest people were with someone they love, looking at a beautiful body of water, basking in sunny days of 80-ish degree temps, and enjoying interludes of physical intimacy. Share Bay Tree Villa for a week or more with your best friend and you'll be the happiest people on Earth!

Secluded stay with amazing view

Even before we checked-in, Suzanne extended her hospitality to us - she helped us figure out the ferry schedule and rent a car for our stay. Check-in was a breeze and Suzanne and her team ensured we found the villa without any issue. The villa itself is well situated above the mountain in Spring estate - facing the east of the island. Every amenity has been thought of. The pool and the view from the balcony are breathtaking. With an office on the property it’s (almost) tempting to work remotely from Bay Tree Villa. We cannot recommend Bay Tree villa for your stay on Bequia.

Well appointed home with a terriffic view!

First let me say Suzanne and Tim were really helpful and gracious hosts. We arrived to a delicious prepared supper in the fridge, so needed after our long masked journey to the island. Our hosts provided a cell phone to use for calls on the island which was so very helpful. Their restaurant and shopping recommendations were spot on. The house has all the creature comforts you could want including great WIFI. Our month long stay in October 2021 was the perfect counter to the anxiety caused by Covid in the US. Many different birds, tortoises, small colorful lizards to admire along with the sounds of the breeze in the bay trees and palms and the occasional sounds from cows, roosters and goats in the valley below. If you want a private, relaxing place to stay in the Caribbean this is it. One tip you will need to rent a car or utilize taxi's. We will certainly return!

Wonderful stay in paradise.

Our stay at the Bay Tree Villa was wonderful. Suzanne arranged a taxi from the ferry and a rental car ready upon arrival. She even prepared us a delicious meal along with a fruit basket and a few essentials in the fridge and pantry. The villa is absolutely stunning, even more so in person. The view from both the upper deck and pool level is absolutely breathtaking, and the villa is beautifully decorated, spacious and remains cool with the high ceilings and fans. Relaxing in the pool while overlooking the ocean was really the highlight of our trip, it was truly peaceful. Suzanne was extremely helpful, we communicated by what's app and she helped with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and always responded quickly. The island of Bequia was lovely, Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Beach were good for snorkeling and we had some wonderful meals at Jack's Beach Bar, the Plantation House and the Fig Tree. The locals are the sweetest and friendliest people we've ever met. I highly recommend staying at the Bay Tree Villa, the gorgeous setting and Suzanne's attention to detail in helping us plan activities really made us feel like VIP's. Thank you so much for making our stay so special - Libby, Bo and Thomas.

Wonderful Honeymoon in Hidden Gem

We stayed at the Bay Tree Villa for a week in late November. The property has a constant breeze and a stunning view from the exterior. The house is beautiful, well appointed (it used to be the residence of the owners), and really comfortable for a week's stay. (For reference: I looked up villas on the sister island of Mustique, these are ten times the price for the same views / same beaches). We really enjoyed the island of Bequia. It has a low-key island vibe without feeling touristy. Locals are really friendly and welcoming. Recommend renting a jeep for the week's stay. There are a bunch of restaurants on the island (we tried Jack's, Mack's and the Underground) and enjoyed them all -- not much better than eating outside with a cool breeze. We also really enjoyed sailing through the islands to Tobago Cays (on Musto) and sailing to the Volcano / hike to Dark View Falls on Saint Vincent (on Groovy). Also, really enjoyed sitting on Princess Margaret's Beach with the calm waters and white sand. This house felt like an escape from the world when you're sitting on the back porch with no one in sight. Totally understand why people come back year after year...

Absolutely amazing!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in visiting Bequia and the amazing Bay Tree Villa! Suzanne and Tim went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was 1st class. Suzanne even made some of our travel arrangements and booked a jeep for us. Bay Tree Villa is in a gorgeous setting on top of a hill overlooking the bay below. The view was breathtaking. It is surrounded by beautiful foliage and has a very open feel to it. You can leave all of the doors open for a constant breeze. The Villa is truly comfortable and we felt right at home! Bequia is a small charming island. The people there were friendly and accommodating . We did several snorkel and dive trips with Dive Bequia and would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of going out. There are some wonderful little restaurants too. I think Sugar Reef was our favorite for atmosphere and Dawn's for food and price. You may want to consider renting a jeep to get around the island and explore. It is worth it to see all that the island has to offer. It truly is beautiful. A big thank you to Suzanne and Tim for being such gracious hosts!

Superb Home in Paradise

We cannot recommend Bay Tree Villa highly enough. It gets 5 stars from us on all fronts! The house has been furnished and outfitted to a very high standard and thoughtful details abound. Suzanne & Tim are perfect hosts leaving you totally in peace but always responding quickly to any query no matter how small and providing local knowledge as needed. The house itself has spectacular views and catches the breezes so there is always a cool area to relax in on balconies or terraces amidst the stunning Bougainvillea. We do recommend renting a vehicle or being prepared to take short taxi rides into town or to restaurants as needed as the house is located up a steep hill and in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and nothing beats eating dinner on a balmy evening out on the balcony or by the BBQ. From cooling off in the wonderful swimming pool, admiring the amazing views and just relaxing in the many shaded areas this is certainly a location to get away from all the stresses of everyday life – especially during these times of Covid. We were two couples travelling from the UK and it was worth going through the challenges of Covid travel requirements needed to get to Bequia. We will certainly try and get back to the beautiful island of Bequia and the magnificent Bay Tree Villa as soon as we possibly can. This is a spot in paradise you should not miss but I notice word is obviously getting out as bookings are going very quickly!

Perfect Stay in Bequia

The photos simply don’t do justice to the beautiful home and wonderful experience that is staying in this home. My jaw dropped when I saw the views and beautiful accommodations of the Villa when we checked in, and I knew I would never forget our stay after we checked out. You can believe all of the other reviewers who say that the property has beautiful views, modern amenities, and is perfectly private. There is high speed internet, cable tv (with many US channels!), and a very well-appointed kitchen with nearly everything you might need to make yourself or a family a meal. The Villa's location means that there is always a nice breeze coming through the windows. The pool and gym are wonderful additions, especially if you are looking to stay in the Villa and rest for a day in between all of your Bequia adventures. As wonderful as the property and amenities are, Tim and Suzanne are what made our stay truly special. Those that have been to Bequia before know that the trip from the airport in St. Vincent to where you are actually staying in Bequia can be a long one, but Tim & Suzanne did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. They arranged for us to be picked up by a taxi at the airport and taken to the ferry. They also arranged to have us taken from the Ferry in Bequia to the Villa. When someone in our party realized they left a bag in the taxi in St. Vincent, Suzanne arranged to have the taxi driver put the bag on the next ferry over. They even arranged to have our rental car delivered to the property, as we were getting in after dark on our first night. Tim & Suzanne also had excellent recommendations about where to go and what to do while on Bequia. This trip was special. It was special because of the wonderful Villa that we stayed in, and it was special because of the great service that Tim and Suzanne provided throughout our stay. If you are considering staying here, I would suggest that you book now and don’t look back. You will be thrilled that you found this special piece of paradise.

All in all wonderful

Definitely would recommend asking Suzanne for any advice, she is incredibly helpful. Would also recommend taking advantage of the pre grocery stocking as if you land late nothing will be open to buy groceries from. The house was stunning, the views in the morning and sunset were perfect. The pool is a great size and there are pool floaters in the gym. Again, cannot stress how wonderfully helpful and kind Suzanne and Tim are!

Where do I begin???

Suzanne and Tim are the hosts/ property managers my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I had numerous questions leading up to our stay ranging from transportation, sights to see, places to go to, etc. Suzanne was always quick to respond with a wealth of knowledge and many options. My wife and I had an issue with our original flight and were unable to book a short flight through SVG Air, we emailed Suzanne asking for options and she responded in 15 minutes stating that she called the airline and they were now holding to spots on the flight for us! Absolutely amazing what she was able to do. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted with the utmost hospitality from Suzanne as she showed us around the house and then she quickly excused herself to let us settle in. During our stay we had a few questions of which Suzanne and Tim were quick to answer. The French-press coffee maker had a crack in it and we notified them…it was replaced first thing the next morning even though there was a traditional coffee maker that I was more than happy to use. The level of service was second to none. The attention to detail of the property was astounding. Every facet was meticulously attending to. The bedrooms were gorgeous, the kitchen was stocked with any utensil needed, and the pool and deck area were relaxing with stunning views. The open air concept of the house was always refreshing after going for walks. If you are looking to go somewhere that you can truly disconnect from the work and recharge your batteries while taking in some of the most beautiful views, swimming in the most pristine ocean water, and enjoy taking in the local culture….look no further! Five stars are not high enough! I highly recommend this for a couple or a family! Thank you Suzanne and Tim for sharing your slice of paradise! It made our anniversary so much more special!

One beautiful home!

This home was built as the owner's primary residence and it shows. A marvelous open floor plan. The pictures do it justice. Driving on narrow roads on the "wrong" side takes some getting used to. Suggest a taxi tour of the island on arrival to get your bearings. Suggest taxis at night. "Best" restaurants are Sugar Reef and Fire Fly minutes from home. Mac's is the winner in Port Elizabeth. "Best" rum punch on the island is at Sugar Reef. Be sure to do the day sail to Mustique with GUSTO and take a tour of the island. Dive Bequia is great! This is an island to "chill", snorkel, dive or sail; no non-food shopping to speak of. Suzanne is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks so much! Jim and Fay

Beautiful villa and wonderful stay!

We've stayed at some really nice places in the Caribbean but this villa tops the list! Inside and out, it is just beautiful, well equipped, and so many little details that make it truly special. Our host, Suzanne, could not have been more helpful, especially in helping us get from St Vincent to Bequia when we encountered some travel challenges. We arrived to find the kitchen stocked with some breakfast items, fruit and a wonderful meal (my son is still raving about "Suzanne's chicken"), which we really appreciated. The furnishings and appliances look practically new and we made good use of the blender (LOL). The gardens are so lush and beautiful; I enjoyed watching hummingbirds flit around the flowers while sipping coffee or a cocktail on the huge verandah. The view is lovely and it was so quiet at night, nothing but the tree frogs chirping The location in Spring was just right for us. We had a rental car as we like to explore. The drive into town was quick and roads were in pretty good shape, narrow and hilly, but if you've driven in the Caribbean before, you should have no trouble. Highly recommend this villa and Bequia!

Wow. Amazing villa that is more beautiful than the photos! Our hosts were out of this world and when we missed our flight, Jim arraigned for his friend to fly us over!! Fantastic Luxury

We had a great 2 week stay in May at Bay Tree Villa. The location to Port Elizabeth is about 2.5 miles and whilst we did walk into town a couple of times, local taxis were great for both to/from town rather than vehicle hire. The villa is exactly as described, with Suzanne and Tim on hand in the event of any questions. The pool and gym were used to the full and the amount of space for relaxing and dining (inside or out) was perfect. Bequia is a dream location for exploring the Grenadine Islands which we did by two separate boat trips, the Tobago Cays and Mustique are a must-see. Thank you for a very special holiday stay. Exceptional villa to be highly recommended

Our overall view of the property was an immaculate luxurious villa of exception standard. The infinity pool was superb, the garden views were spectacular, and all the facilities including a gym were simply first class. The villa offered privacy and tranquility although close to local amenities. We have already booked our return visit for next year. A special thank you to the owners for taking such care to ensure our stay was so enjoyable.

Meticulously maintained dream villa!

My husband and I have been traveling annually to the Caribbean for over 25 years; this is by far the most meticulously maintained villa we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. All of the furniture, including our bed was very comfortable and in extremely good condition. I love to cook and was thrilled to see the huge kitchen equipped with modern appliances as well as the outdoor grill all of which looked as if they were brand new. Surrounding the villa are beautifully lush mature gardens that open to a magnificent view of Spring Bay and the surrounding hills; it’s absolutely breathtaking! What really makes the villa special is the attention to detail taken by our hosts, Suzanne and Tim to ensure that our stay was perfect. Suzanne arranged for our rental car company to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the villa, leaving us with the rental on a SUNDAY at 6:30 PM! In addition to a delicious chicken and pasta salad waiting for us to enjoy after 10 hours of traveling, there was cold beer, bottled water, freshly baked bread, butter, eggs, and so much more for us to enjoy that evening and at breakfast so we didn’t have to leave the villa until we were fully rested. There was a binder with every imaginable bit of information you might need from resetting the clock on the oven to the best place for a romantic dinner. Seriously, this is the way renting a villa should be; of course we plan to return! Deborah & Ken

Outstanding Villa / Pride in Ownership

This was a wonderful villa my wife and I enjoyed for 10 days the end of Feb into March 2017. We were only two but easy 6 adults could be very comfortable in this house. There is shade throughout the day with a wonderful breeze. We travel to a different Carribean island for the last 13 years and have rented villas for 7-14 days in each island. Baytree is among the best for view, design and privacy. Suzanne was very easy to work with from the very beginning, helpful with ferry schedule and very prompt with email reply. Once we arrived we were greeted and oriented with the villa. A welcome snack and a few basics items were provided to get us started. A preprogramed cell phone with restaurant contacts, and island numbers was handy. No problems at all with the villa. We did not see Suzanne until our last day when we said good-buy. Baytree is very well kept - clearly pride of ownership. Extremely comfortable furniture and bed. Top notch outside chairs, loungers, Frontgate matts for pool, etc. The landscape is absolutely beautiful - many different palms, ferns, flowers & trees. No doubt a passion of the owners. The staff was organized to all come on a day half way thru our trip - house keeper, pool and gardener. This was very nice as we enjoyed the privacy Baytree offers. Bequia is a challenge to get to but a wonderful island to visit. The roads are in good shape and easy to navigate. One day is all you need to know how to get to most places on Bequia. The prices at the market, stands in town, beach bars and restaurants were extremely reasonable compared to other islands where we have traveled. Take the time to get to Bequia and enjoy the people and intimacy of this small island. It is a very special place as is Baytree villa. Glenn & Debi New Jersey, USA

None Better

We have been renting private villas throughout the Caribbean for 30 years. Some nicer than others, but none better than Bay Tree Villa. The property is well designed, well appointed and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and the outdoor areas provide for both sun and shade. The views are spectacular as is the treatment you'll receive from Suzanne and Tim who own and operate Bay Tree. We were met at the airport by a driver who delivered us to the villa in what would be our rental car. Upon arrival we were greeted by Suzanne who gave us a quick tour of the property and left us with a wonderful light dinner which she had prepared. There is a phone available for local calls that is pre-programmed with the numbers of local restaurants, taxi services and, of course, Suzanne's number. We've never had better treatment in all our years of vacation rentals. You'd be hard pressed to find a better accommodation than bay Tree Villa. We'll most definitely be back!

Spectacular View

We loved staying at the Bay Tree Villa. The view was spectacular. The villa was very private and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful design, tropical grounds and easy access to town made the experience relaxing and very convenient. Suzanne was very attentive and took care of our rental car and cab arrangements. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a lovely and delicious light meal and beverages. After a long flight, it was the perfect introduction to our stay. We loved the Bay Tree Villa! “Bequia is amazing and Suzanne's place is ideal for a group of 4-6 people. Everything was provided and Suzanne was always on hand to help out if we had any questions. She even provides a local mobile phone pre-loaded with numbers of local restaurants, taxis etc. Completely as described, very comfortable, well-equipped with maid service even including changing towels and sheets twice weekly. Pool was lovely and warm, wonderful views and great outside decking area. We would certainly recommend that you hired a car however, as the villa is too far to walk to the town and beaches etc. Noel provides a well-used Suzuki which is ideal for the job at reasonable rates. Restaurants vary from being very ethnic to a few upmarket up to international standards. The Auberge and Sugar Reef were our favourites. But in general, it is worth noting that very little is produced on the island and most commodities are shipped in thus making them quite expensive. For example Illy coffee EC$79 (£20). Normally I might recommend bringing things like coffee, tea and wine with you, but beware that the airport searches pretty much every bag and charges import tax as well. So just something to be aware of. If you find better beaches or friendlier people anywhere, please let us know! We had a great time - thank you Suzanne. We'll be back!”

Amazing villa, we loved the pool area, so relaxing

Loved relaxing by the pool looking out to sea. The villa was only a short ride into town where we enjoyed a couple of lovely dinners. This was the first time we have rented a villa and loved having the option to eat in as we enjoyed BBQing there. Looking forward to returning here soon.

Barbecues on relaxing evenings with glasses of wine, jump in the pool anytime, do washing as you go. Loads of privacy and space to enjoy yourselves.

Located in a grove of fragrant Bay Trees looking out over the center of Spring Bay and the tops of the Palm trees you feel that you have your very own slice of paradise.

The pool and sun terrace areas are very private and the villa offers many different outside seating areas in the shade and sun.

We live next door so you will receive all the privacy or help and advise you require to make your stay a most enjoyable vacation.
