Enjoy multiple living areas, including a cozy main living room, a sunlit office perfect for remote work, and a spacious upstairs media room with a large sectional and smart TV. The open-concept kitchen features quartzite countertops, Bosch appliances, and a large island — ideal for entertaining or cooking up a family meal.

Dine together in the formal dining room, the bright breakfast nook, or take it outside to the covered patio with views of the pool and greenbelt.

Primary Suite (Main Floor):

Guest Bedroom #1 (Main Floor):

Guest Bedrooms #2 & #3 (Upstairs):
Each includes a queen-size Nora cooling memory foam mattress and spacious closets.

House Rules
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all:
– Guests must be 28 or older to book
– Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
– No events, weddings, or bachelor parties
– A signed rental agreement and valid driver’s license are required to confirm your reservation
– A credit card hold for incidentals is placed 2 days before arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout (pending no damage)
– The hot tub is complimentary
– Pool heat: $1,500 for the first 3 nights (minimum), $500 each additional night. 72-hour notice required. Not available Dec 1–Mar 31 or below 55°F
– No glass near pool or hot tub
– Quiet, respectful behavior is expected at all times — we only accept bookings aligned with these values

Important: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we take our responsibility to our neighbors seriously. All bookings are approved based on full agreement to the house rules and respectful guest conduct.
