We had 3 families at this home. The home was great. We had plenty of room to spread out and the beds are comfortable. The host was very responsive. We brought our Malibu boat and the lift was awesome. You can lift the boat out of the water then put the canopy over if with a touch of a button. The pool was perfect after a day of boating. It was a great stay highly recommend.

Well stocked vacation home! So many places to hang out with family including the amazing boat house and dock. Lovely pool as well. We cooked in most meals and were so happy to use the well equipped kitchen. All the luxury of home while on vacation. The house was very clean but the outside areas could have used a little more attention.The property management company (Lucas) was very responsive and accommodating.We will be back!

The property is great for large families. While the outside cobblestone steps can be very difficult for seniors and toddlers to navigate, the house is quite big. They even have a gate inside at the top of the stairs to keep babies upstairs. The inside had a ton of active spider webs on the ceiling, chandelier, and stair railings. So the clean up crew really needs to focus on that. Overall inside bug control needs some attention. Other than the bugs inside, the dock was glorious, plenty of beds and rooms. The pool is deep on one end. Our family enjoyed our time. We loved watching all the boats in the morning while sipping coffee on the dock. Oh almost forgot the tree house in the front that my grandbabies totally fell in love with.

Great place to bring your boat, friends and family for lakeside fun! Kids were tubing, fishing and swimming all day/night. We booked this as a staycation with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids House is well appointed and all the beds were comfortable. Thx yal!

This property was spotless! So clean and exactly like the pictures. The home is beautiful and well appointed for a larger group. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, when an issue came up, they immediately stepped in and tried to remedy the isdueEverything was great and we would definitely book this property again. Beautiful house on Lake Austin

The house is in a great location on the lake and is very nice. Communication with the Lucas was excellent. He provided information for boats for rent in the area for us which was quite helpful. If you have not been on Lake Austin you need to! Beautiful homes line the shores and the water is awesome.

Amazing house!

Great place for a birthday party for kids. I could barely get them out of the pool. The boat dock is really cool. The house was very clean. Thanks for letting us leave to pool inflatables there!

the location and services provided by the host Five Star Resorts is truly 5 stars. First all the features of the house and the amenities that the host provided were 5 star quality. They use high quality towels, sheets etc that you find at top quality hotels. We had one minor issue and the host and his team exceeded my expectation for service in resolving the issue…If five star resorts is the host you can count on your experience to be exceptional

Great stay!

Wonderful property with incredible views and amenities. Give it 10-10 in all categories. My only call out would be the exterior and interior steps. If you have guests who have any issues managing steps (whether elderly or physical limitations) this property would not be ideal. Outside of this it’s an exceptional property.

Not quite meeting expectations for the money

The property needs a lot of exterior maintenance with rotting and missing siding. The house is nice inside and the beds are comfortable. Amenities inside were sufficient and the kitchen and living area are open. The dock is nice and well kept, but the path to the dock needs some basic landscaping maintenance. Would probably find a different house for this money next time.This is a lake Austin issue and not the house, but the lake is great during the week. Peaceful and enjoyable to swim and kayak. But on Saturday and Sunday it’s a nightmare with surf boats coming close and creating 3-4’ wakes that slam the shore. Again, this is lake austin and nothing to do with the house. Stay during the week and you will enjoy the lake a lot more.

Our stay at this lakeside VRBO was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the lake, which we could enjoy from nearly every room in the house. The large windows and open floor plan made it easy to take in the scenery, whether we were relaxing in the living room or enjoying a meal at the dining table.One of the highlights of this rental is the incredible dock. It’s spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for everything from morning coffee by the water to sunset drinks. We loved having such easy access to the lake—whether for swimming, fishing, or launching a kayak, the setup couldn’t have been better.Inside, the home is beautifully designed with a layout that allows everyone to gather comfortably while still providing privacy when needed. The kitchen was especially impressive. It was stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, and gadget we could possibly need—whether we were making a simple breakfast or preparing a full family dinner. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was by far one of the best-equipped kitchens we’ve come across!The bedrooms were cozy and well-furnished, offering a great night’s sleep after long days on the water.
