Great option for big group of guys

I am typically not a vrbo guy so I was initially hesitant to book this, but stayed here with group of 11 guys for a golf trip and we all enjoyed the house. Didn’t feel like a crusty vrbo where everyone had to ration toiletries and towels. Would definitely book again!

Memorable ACL weekend

Taking my teenage kids to ACL was a bucket list and this property did not disappoint. Everyone had their own bed. The room with 3 sets of bunks is a game changer with a group of kids! The covered patio was perfect for after festival fun! I would absolutely use this again for a large group.

Home away from home

This was an amazing experience for me and my friends mind you there was 11 of us. Easy process to check in and out easy process to clean up, so much entertainment available at the stay. One of our friends wanted all the info on it because he noticed how there was basically unlimited towels! Essentials were also available. It was also prime location. Everything was about 5-10 min away.

Perfect spot for a bachelor party group. Close to a ton of great bars / restaurants. Property was beautiful and impeccably clean. The hosts were super friendly and amazing with communication. Couldn’t recommend a place more! Thx again!

Fantastic property, location, and hosts

Great stay! The house was fun and quite roomy. Stocked kitchen - we prepared a feast a had everything we needed. Comfy beds too. Hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed one simple item addressed. The outdoor space was so fun too. We walked to several meals, great neighborhood! If I have a big group next time I come back to Austin, this is the place I'll try to book first!

Great stay!

Thad was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and extremely accommodating. He checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and stocked the house with all essentials. This house was perfect for my bachelor party and I’d highly recommend it to others needed it for similar situations.

Perfect location to attend a wedding at Matties

My nephew got married at Matties which was right down the road from the vrbo. We could have walked but did not because my daughter had high heels on. Ha. There were 5 of us, me and my husband and 3 adult children. The kids all had their own room which was very nice. Much better than staying at a hotel. Its also about 15 minutes from downtown even during high traffic times. Several get togethers for the weekend were downtown and it worked out great where we were.

All you need

The house was amazing and perfectly set up. Didn’t realize 2 of the 3 bunk beds are queens so can probably fit more than 15 people if need be. House was fully stocked with towels, soap/ shampoo, and sunscreen. There were also big portable coolers we were able to use and fresh bags of ice in the fridges (there were 2!). Overall - we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other large groups.

Great place for our group of 11 guys. Pool was fantastic, plenty of beds, location was easy Uber wherever you wanted to go.
