The outdoor oasis is the crown jewel of this property!
* It features a private heated pool (heated at no charge from 3/1 through 12/31). Pool heating is available in January and February upon request. The pool heating fee is \$400 per reservation during January and February. We need at least 2 days advance notice to heat the pool in January or February.

* The roads leading to this property are all paved, 2 lane roads with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.
* Trailer parking is allowed at this driveway and the driveway is mostly flat with plenty of space for a large trailer for car shows, motorcycles, RV's and more.

* Your pets will be furever thankful to join you on your vacation! We provide 1 dog crate, food and water bowls and a basket of doggie toys for them.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
* We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.
