Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house.

If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house or on the screened porch. You may smoke outside with the house doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
