🏡 Exterior: We have a great seating area outside where you can hang out while others are swimming! We also have a grill so you can have delicious steaks and burgers. Kids have a great space to play and run around in our beautiful fully fenced backyard, so you don't have to worry about their safety while you enjoy hanging out with the rest of the group! Our stunning property also has a secured and spacious driveway so you don't have to worry about where to park your cars! This property is also equipped with external CCTV cameras that are monitored by our team.

All furniture, including bedding sheets and mattresses, are brand new.

This house has gone through an extensive renovation and was designed specifically to host short-term guests.

* Pet Fees: $100 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;
Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Pool Heating Fee: $35 per night;
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.
