We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Loved the river running behind the property. On last morning we saw a bald eagle. Very quiet & peaceful! Will stay here again if we come back!

The condo listing was accurate. We were there when it rained and it was nice to sit on the balcony and see the river. The master bedroom bed was the best and most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. We have a sleep number at home and this far outranked it. The best sleep we've ever had. The place could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas but otherwise it was great.

Excellent apartment, excellent View and location. Very clean. It is a 5 start. I will recomend a garbage can on main bathroom. And the sink on main bathroom was draining too slowly.

I would stay again eventhough we had a Hiccup.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was VERY CLEAN!Beautiful Easy to find.*****HICCUP****I didn't get ANY instructions on condo until it was ready for us. It would have been helpful to know only get starter products(1 roll of T-paper, 1 garbage bags . . . .) We had to go out and buy products while on vacation. The above would have been nice to know when I booked the place.They company who gave out the free tickets. AWESOME!

Grandchild to Dollywood trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice decor and large dining table, close to Dollywood and Stampede (you do hear the Dollywood train at night and stampede fireworks), balcony overlooked creek with lots of ducks which grandchild loved! Beds very UNCOMFORTABLE (clear plastic bug protection on box springs torn several places). Suspicious bug bite back of my leg :( Worn couches had no firm cushion. I would not book this rental again.
