Première fois en location - tout nouveau condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain
situé dans le bâtiment no. # 4 et à droite sur la rivière
acheté en juillet 2019

Bâtiment no. # 4 est le quartier calme des trois bâtiments
à Riverstone. Beaucoup de stationnement, peut marcher à droite pour
la rivière paresseuse. Asseyez-vous et regardez les oies ou écoutez
la rivière depuis notre grand balcon.

Great Stay!!!!

I really enjoyed my time staying there and the game took me back to memory lane… Communicating with management was easy. The only thing is that the shower in the guest bathroom handle on the shower door was broken off before and they used white caulk to place it back on. Also, the door wouldn’t close all the way. Other than that, the stay was great!!!! I still gave it 5 stars because I could still complete the task at hand.

Great Vacation!

We came with another couple for a friends getaway. We have stayed at Riverstone many times, but this is first with Donna. The corner unit was very nicely decorated and so clean. I had an issue with the keypad at first but Donna was quick to respond (and it was an issue with me, not the keypad LOL). We will definitely be calling Donna to stay here again. Most likely in the springtime next year.

My family was Very Disappointed!!

Although this condo had been given a face lift in 2024, it was not perfect and shortcomings are too numerous to mention here. There are certain standards that should be met to attain "luxury" status and this unit fell incredibly short. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows were old and smelly, not one blanket for beds was to be found, shower had globs of mold on shower head and floor tile, property manager had retired over a year ago and his name was still listed on rental agreement, so we were left with no local contact for issues mentioned plus numerous others.Would not pay this price to stay again at this unit. Not worth it! Poor housecleaning and attention to detail.

This condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect for family and friends. A beautiful resort centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

Elegant and Amazing Rental In Pigeon Forge

This condo exceeded all our expectations. We can hardly wait to return. Great location and beautiful view off the deck! Elegant features and a bright open floor plan made this condo so relaxing and enjoyable. We absolutely loved every minute. The bedrooms are spacious and provides large bathrooms and closets. Perfect place for a favorite weekend get-away!! The manager communicated and was available. Absolutely 5 Stars on this property.

nice place but no organization

company failed to send the info for check in so 30 minutes in the lobby trying to get checked in, the room had no toilet paper or paper towels, very inconvenient after a 7 hour drive to have to leave again, also 2 beds didn't have sheets. very nice condo but have no intentions of booking with them again.

Perfect Pigeon Forge Retreat

Great mountain resort. Close to all major attractions and restaurants. Updated condo with beautiful views of the mountains and river. Kids loved the jump pillow and lazy river feet away. Video game in condo entertained during down time. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient parking and luggage carts. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic accomodations

Excellent resort with clean, spacious accommodations. We enjoyed the arcade gaming system in the room. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make most our meals in house! Host communication was very timely when we had a small maintenance need!

Pigeon forge paradise

Absolutely amazing condo! Gorgeous view of river, geese and ducks to feed. Quite rooms and would definitely 100% will stay again. Just a few steps from Dolly stampede and waffle house etc. Rate stay 10 out of 10!!

Lovely Condo in Great Location

We’ve stayed at Riverstone Condos many times over the years, and this was the best one we’ve had. It has 2 bedrooms and baths, a roomy kitchen, and plenty of seating in the den. We don’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked and had lots of storage space. The deck looks out over the river and the ducks and geese are constant entertainment. There is a view of some mountains, which I love. It’s an end unit so there are lots of windows. The owners are easy and prompt to communicate with. My husband and I said it’s really enough space for us, we should just sell our house and buy something like it.

Perfect

We were in Pigeon Forge for a gymnastics meet. The condo was really perfect for us. We had so much space for everyone to get ready. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment to make anything you need. It was very clean and beautiful. We also loved the location, it was close to Laconte Center and all the activities gymnastics did as a team, and it was close to the national park and the beautiful mountains. The pool area was so nice and the kids spent a lot of time on the jump pad. Thank you! We would love to stay again!

Bad experience

We had not received the check in info before we left for our trip, I thought maybe they would send it when the condo was ready. We arived and still had not received the door code. I tried several times to call the number listed and it just said not available to take your call. Sent a couple of messages with no reply. Finally found the number for VRBO and called them. They could not get ahold of the owners and started a case and told us that they would reimburse us for a hotel room for the night and find us another place to stay. While on the phone with them I received a message with the door code almost two hours after check in. There was an overpowering smell in the hall where the washer was and the beds smelled the same. I think it may have been fabric softener. There was not a single blanket in the entire condo, not even a throw on the couch. The sheets looked like they were 10 years old and the shower door handle was glued on with what looked like white plumbers puddy. We initially could not find and spoons until we checked the dishwasher and it had not been emptied. We have stayed several other places and there was always an extra roll of tp under the sink, not this one. We had to go out and buy more. The key did not work at the fitness room and the office gave us one. They had changed their system and the keys were not updated. Also the patio door glass needs to be cleaned. This is a wonderful resort but the owners are not.
