Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

Parking & Transportation:
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parallel parking spots in front of the home, there is additional parking available in parallel spaces along the road, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Parking passes for each vehicle staying at the property will be available in the Amenity Packet (see below).

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

*Cancellation of the reservation within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of the payment or a cancellation fee, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.

Great family house and great location

This house is perfectly located and great for kids. It’s close to the shops and a little hub at peddlers 30a pavilion (drinks, food, shopping and live music), close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach. The kids room has 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 queen bottom bunks and 2 full top bunks. You can take the tram from 9-5:25 to go to the beach, pool, shops. We had a great time! I highly recommend this location.

Great House, Beach disappointing.

All about this property was great except for the beach. Unfortunately, new regulations in Florida that we were not aware of shrunk the size of the beach front for this property. The beach sail shade we bought was not allowed on the beach and the space we had was far from relaxing. Everyone on the beach was on top of each other. The house was great and the location of the house was good. Just wish the beach was larger.

Spring Break 2025

The house was very clean and lovely. The house had higher quality cooking gear/plates/etc than in a typically rental. Only a couple of things kept it from getting 5 stars. One was the grill - the grill was a high quality brand but the inside needed some TLC to the point that not even all the burners would light making it useable. Likely all that is needed is the burners and grills replaced. Also when we arrived one peddle on the bike was sitting next to the bike instead of on it - clearly the property management company knew about it because they didn't change the lock on that bike. We had to call twice and finally saying we were going to rent a bike and expect a refund of the cost of the rental if someone didn't arrive with a tool to screw it on so we could use it. Within 30 minutes someone showed up with a tool and fixed it. Also just be aware that the the house was not stocked with what I would call disposibles - just be prepared packing wise for this - we were not. Nothing to light the firepit with, no napkins, no salt or pepper, no tin foil or ziplock bags, no coffee filters, no tissues in the tissue holders, not enough toliet paper, only 1 dish towel and oddly missing a hotpad to get anything out of the oven. It did come with shampoo, dish detergent and soap though. Also we were not told about the 8 pm curfew until the day before we arrived. That was completely fine for us but that may not be for other renters. I would stay her again and recommend it.

Nice home for family stay!

Really enjoyed this home for my September family trip! We love staying in this neighborhood each September, specifically the 2nd or 3rd week to avoid “fall breaks” crowds. I know the beach front for this complex is relatively small, but these weeks are perfect. This house is conveniently located just steps away from the pool, golf cart stop, and the shops in seacrest and Rosemary. It’s so cute! I loved the living spaces at this home. The living room is large and the furniture is super nice and comfortable. Kitchen is also large, appliances felt new/minimal usage. Few “negatives” I will say about the house is that there was a lot of wear and tear that I did not see in the listing photos. (Marks on the walls, chips in the flooring, etc.) None of these things would change us staying again, I would just encourage management to take a look at some of the rooms and see what could be improved. Lastly, there were a few things in the home that seemly were left there from a previous stay. Socks and undergarments in one of the primary room drawers, and popsicles in the freezer.

My husband and I enjoyed Casa Blue. My only complaint is the location of thermostat. It is upstairs and one reason we picked this house is the master bedroom on 1st level. It is hard for us going up and down stairs. Only than that, we are all good
