Poipu Sands # 427 - Condo de luxe 2BR avec accès à la plage et à la piscine!

Poipu Sands # 427 est un condo de luxe de 2 chambres avec 2 grandes suites parentales. Les deux ont des salles de bains attenantes attenantes et l'unité entière a été rénovée à l'été 2009 avec de nouveaux tapis et meubles installés en janvier 2015. Ceci est une très belle propriété, avec de belles vues sur l'océan depuis la véranda et l'intérieur de l'unité. La cuisine est entièrement à jour et offre beaucoup d'espace et d'équipements.

Des courts de tennis privés et une grande piscine qui n'est jamais bondée ne sont que deux des grands avantages du complexe Poipu Sands. Le Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa est situé plein est de la propriété et est absolument magnifique. Beaucoup de bons restaurants et de choses à faire, café le matin, spectacles de hula en soirée et musique! Happy hour sur la véranda et le parcours de golf de classe mondiale Poipu Bay est à 5 minutes à pied. Shipwreck Beach est situé juste devant la porte d'entrée et à quelques pas de la plage de sable. Poipu Sands # 427 est un condo spacieux et à jour de 2 chambres que vous trouverez répondra à toutes les attentes pour vos vacances de rêve à Kauai!

Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

Aid conditioner in bedrooms was great, rest of unit was hot and muggy. Had fans running and it helped. Didn't find the pool until the last day but gave it a try, was a little cool.

We LOVED the location and the amenities and air conditioning. However, the TV/Spectrum would not function, so I left it alone and used rhe ROKU stick we travel with.

1st time to beautiful Kauai

Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.

The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Location is great in Poipu, close to the malls and walking distance to the beach. The view is amazing and sometimes you can even hear the ocean. Loved our stay there!

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Pleased & Enjoyed Stay At This Beautiful Property.

I was very happy staying at this property. Some of my favorite things about the property was the ocean view from the lanai. It was wondrous to just step out and see the water from the lanai. I appreciated having the washer/dryer; the 2 master bedrooms were great. If we ever visited Poipu again I would consider staying here in the future.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Kauai, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a great location, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. One suggestion: Some of the other condos had beach items to borrow, such as Tommy Bahama chairs and hard-sided coolers, and having those available would have been nice. No complaints though.

Lovely and well-located

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and we found it spotless. It’s just next door (by seaside pathway) to the Grand Hyatt, where you can enjoy tasty (and pricey) meals. The ocean that the property overlooks is beautiful but, when we were there, was red-flagged as too dangerous for swimming. Safer beaches are nearby. We would stay here again.

Nice enough, but needs some things

Condo is described as luxury. it’s nice, but luxury it is not. AC is only by portable units in bedrooms only. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area can get warm. Yes, there are ocean breezes if the doors or open, but it was misleading IMO to market it has having AC when the entire unit does not. On a 5 star scale, it is probably more like 3 3/4 stars. Nice, yes. Luxury, not really. The Grand Hyatt next door is where I would stay in the future.

Aloha William, Thank you for the time to leave us your feedback and we have worked to update our listing to being even more clear about the AC situation even though it was already disclosed all this time as AC in bedrooms only. Cooling the middle zone is not practical to its size and electrical limitations. If we could fit two units in the living room/kitchen space it would work as one unit would not be enough but we can't. One day should the building allow wall mounted units we will be first in line! Your feedback about luxury is fair and after further review we have decided to remove that from the listing description. For years the property has been comfortable to the majority of our guests and they have a positive experience. Mahalo! Garden Island Rentals

A piece of paradise

This was such a lovely place to stay. We loved that we had all we needed here. Our favorite part was hanging out on the lanai whenever possible. It was quiet on the property which was awesome. The only loud sounds were the waves crashing on the beach. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others!
