Zip code 32246. Just a short drive to the beach, UNF, JIA airport, Mayo, Jaguar Stadium, zoo, etc.

Covered carport: Wide driveway for easy arrival (fits 5 vehicles).

Two living rooms: One with a cozy sectional & a super comfy recliner. The second living room has a couch, loveseat, two swivel chairs. Smart TV mounted on wall.

****Please note the single beds are Lucid Rollaway Folding Guest Beds with 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress, measurements are 74"L x 31"W x 12"H. Additionally, bedroom #4 does not have access to the closet. It's locked with owner supplies.

Kitchen: equipped w/ pots, pans, crockpot , coffeepot & k-cup, mini-wafflemaker, and all the essentials needed for meals at home! Dining table seats six and we have three folding tv trays!

Also, we have a simple yet productive workspace providing a desk set up with a large monitor-perfect for remote workers or digital nomads to plug in and get stuff done.

We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Relax and unwind on the screened porch. For some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table and cornhole. The outdoor patio has a large dining table with six chairs and an umbrella! There are plenty of coloring books & crayons for a rainy day!

We have baby gear (full-size crib, Paw Patrol toddler bed, highchair, stroller, pack n play, books/toys) that are available upon request.

Use our beach towels, boogieboards, and sand toys for your beach days!

We only rent to previously reviewed guests. We have a strict NO events/parties/gatherings policy. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the premises at all times. This includes daily visitors and children. This is also a pet free property. If these rules are broken, the stay will be forfeited with no refund and a $500 fee will be applied.

Family vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The home was clean, perfect amount of space and a close drive to so many fun things including the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was very responsive when we had to contact and even brought us holiday cookies. We are so glad we booked this location for our stay

Great responsiveness

We stayed here for a couple of days to avoid the hurricane, and the host was so responsive and helpful for anything we needed! The house was great, we had plenty of cooking utensils, the rooms were situated really nicely. I would definitely recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our stay was close to all shopping areas was in town to catch our boat to go on a cruise. Host was very responsive and helpful. Only thing I would recommend is some type of fan in the screened in deck other that no issues house is lovely very spacious for a group of 6-8 ppl

Family getaway to see college

Home was very clean with everything we needed. Very spacious and centrally located to everything in J’ville. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. House is spacious with plenty of rooms to relax and sleep. This was my first time using a home rental instead of a hotel, and it was a great experience.

Came for a NFL game.

It’s what it says it is. Cozy place with a cute backyard with a few games like cornhole. Close to the stadium and a bunch of cool places to sit down and eat and some cool shops. As well as fast food place.

It was nice and clean and I was surprised how they provided so many things. The two living areas was very nice for 8 people. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. And it was very reasonable. I recommend this place.

Great House and Location

We enjoyed an outstanding three-week stay at this property. It is well-equipped and conveniently located, providing easy access to the beaches and various attractions in and around Jacksonville. The neighborhood was safe, and the residents were always friendly. We took daily walks in the area and were always greeted warmly by everyone we encountered. Additionally, the property owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you're searching for a centrally located home in a secure neighborhood, I highly recommend this property for your next getaway!

Great place! Clean and fun.

Booked at the last minute. Very clean! It was great to have so much seating to spread out-it has 2 living rooms! It was also so nice to have a full size crib and all the other baby items. It even had beach towels we took to the beach. I would definitely book again.

Only stay if you want to have an allergic reaction to mold.

Do NOT recommend staying. I’m sure she won’t post this but her house is filled with black mold. Their ac was dripping water. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The board games for kids are broken. She only offered a partial refund even tho we didn’t sleep there because we had to leave asap before my daughter had an asthma attck on top of her horrific allergic reaction.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Windy Hill neighborhood is very special to me. I grew up here in the 70's and the streets were always filled with kids playing & exploring. Fast forward to the year 2000, I was lucky enough to purchase my first home just a few streets from my childhood home. My parents still live in the same house I grew up in and my brother owns a home here too. It's a place you can relax and recharge. It's very cozy and comfortable. I hope you love it as much as we do.

The house itself is cozy and inviting. But it's the location that truly sets it apart. You are just minutes from anywhere you want to go. And yet you're also tucked away on a quiet street.
