A lovely property that looks brand new. Exceptionally clean inside, and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Host was pleasant. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and Splenda but no creamer. We opted to stop by Wawa on our way to the Equestrian Center for coffee and breakfast. We did no cooking or eating at the house so I can't speak to dishes, utensils, etc. There are train(s) nearby that some of our group heard during the nights, but they didn't disrupt our sleep. There is a pallet business across the side street but I don't know how noisy it is during the day. We were gone by 5:30 every morning and did not return until 8 to 10pm. We would suggest to the Host adding to the number of towels for each guest. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.

Jacksonville stay
We found roaches in the kitchen, one master bath sink did not drain, calf high weeds in yard, dirty patio, no kitchen dish towels or cloths, no can opener, only a very old well used sponge, no hair dryer, as listed, pallet factory next door with nail gun and hammering went on all day long, very hard pillows, located in run down neighborhood
Clean and beautiful home. It was very comfortable (the black chairs in the living room); they made is instantly sleepy just by sitting in them. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, we came for a Sharks/Nighthawks game.
Aldo is so friendly and the house is very nice. We only had 1 night, but it was very comfortable. My only complaint is the outside noise. The train woke me up at 6am and then at 7am the pallet company was very loud. If you're a heavy sleeper, I don't think you'd hear it, since I was the only one in the house that did.
We came to Jacksonville for my sonâs wedding. This place was close to the venues we needed to be at. It was clean. We had lots of space for our family of 6 adults. The kitchen had a lot of room for us to cook. We had enough space to eat together at the table. It was wonderful.
