Great spot near shops. Quick train ride into the city (take M train to and from). Perfect spot for single traveler looking to get away from busy city or when booking in city is difficult. Def adding this to my Dreamforce list in the future.

Wonderful stay! The suite was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything was walking distance. I enjoyed the close proximity to Stonestown mall, Muni, and restaurants. The host was responsive, and check in instructions were easy to follow. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The location was easily accessible to the mall, public transportation, and local eateries and parks within the city. The space was nicely decorated and clean, and felt very welcoming. The host was helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend, thank you!

As advertised but the bathroom was a terrible design. The shower was small and poured water out onto the mat. The bathmat and towels could never fully dry in that bathroom. It was okay but also very combative language from the host. I understand that people throw parties and stuff but I don’t love being accused of impropriety when I’m paying to stay somewhere and being thoughtful.

To ensure future guests have an accurate picture, I would like to clarify the facts regarding your stay: •Bathroom Condition: As you acknowledged in your review, the listing photos accurately depict the bathroom. Following your checkout, an inspection revealed that water had pooled across the floor and soaked the bathmat due to the shower door being left open or improperly closed during use. This is not a layout issue, but rather a result of how the shower was utilized. •Adherence to House Rules: Our property policies—which cover quiet hours, unauthorized visitors, and our strict no-smoking policy—are clearly outlined in the listing, the Rental Agreement, and the Check-In instructions. Enforcing established standards to protect the property is a commitment to our guests, not being "combative." •Smoking Policy Violation: During your stay, a strong marijuana odor was detected throughout the property and lingered after your departure, requiring specialized deep cleaning and deodorizing. This directly violated our clearly communicated no-smoking policy. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment, as reflected in our strong track record of positive reviews and top ratings from past guests. We expect all visitors to treat the property and our policies with equal respect.
