Vous allez adorer cette ensoleillée, studio sur le toit confortable comme chambre dans le quartier tranquille de San Francisco Noe Valley. Vous aurez une vue panoramique tout le chemin de Twin Peaks à la baie de San Francisco. Aujourd'hui, Noe Valley est l'un des quartiers résidentiels les plus prisés de San Francisco plein de maisons victoriennes, des magasins, des restaurants et un accès de transport en commun facile, le tout dans une des régions les plus ensoleillées de la ville.

Regardez le brouillard planer au-dessus de Twin Peaks alors que vous prenez votre café du matin alors que le soleil brille à travers vos fenêtres sur trois côtés de la pièce. Les chambres comprennent un lit confortable et chaleureux, la télévision par câble et un accès Internet sans fil. Vous trouverez également une demi-baignoire avec une belle douche carrelée, un bar avec un grand évier et un petit réfrigérateur. On vous fournira de la vaisselle, des casseroles et des ustensiles pour préparer des repas simples avec le four à micro-ondes, le brûleur électrique et le grille-pain. Draps et serviettes sont fournis.

Ce beau refuge sur le toit a une entrée séparée par un passage latéral et un escalier arrière. Doit pouvoir négocier des escaliers car l'accès se fait par un escalier circulaire de 43 marches qui n'est malheureusement pas très adapté aux enfants.

Vous serez à distance de marche des restaurants et des boutiques de la 24e rue de Noe Valley. Vous pouvez également prendre la ligne J-Church MUNI à seulement un pâté de maisons pour accéder directement aux quartiers de Noe Valley, Castro et Dolores Park, mais aussi au centre-ville pour les téléphériques, Union Square et Embarcadero. BART est à seulement 10 minutes à pied.

Le stationnement est dans la rue. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles sur les lieux.

Dana was a wonderful host, very knowledgeable about the area with great recommendations for food, coffee, and nearby hikes. He was very flexible and understanding of our schedule and so sweet and attentive. We would gladly stay there again in the future! His sunroom had everything we needed for our stay and it was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and cute cafes. And the view from the room was amazing every morning and evening!

This lovely young man stayed in my rooftop sunroom for over three months, doing an internship at a big tech company. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. I enjoyed having him as a guest and would certainly rent to him again.

The place was stunning -- waking up to the view of the city each morning, whether it be sunny or foggy, was an experience I never forget. Dana is lovely, gave me great tips and even helped with my bags on the steep back staircase. I loved my time here, and would come back anytime.

Enjoyed having Daniel as a guest, a young man just finishing a Ph.D. He was here from the East to take a job in the Bay Area. Very polite, courteous, and quiet. He kept his room nice. Host was wonderful! He greeted us and gave us a thorough summary of the place and the neighborhood! Location is great! We did not have a car, but parking seems reasonable. Views are beautiful… But he warned that there are some narrow steps that can make large bags a bit of a pain to get up and down. We packed light and did not have any issues, but the stairs are certainly worth the accommodations and the view!

Here to visit a niece that lived just down the street. Lovely couple very nice and very receptive to my orientation and suggestions. Theylready knew a bit about the neighborhood and one of my favorite coffee cafes within walking distance. The wife will be returning later this month and I will look forward to seeing her again. I certainly would like to have them as guests in the future. I usually carry my guests' bags up the staircase since I know the staircase as well as when they depart. Unfortunately, they had a very early flight home and I wasn't able to help them out. Next time I will make sure I do so.

Marta was a perfect guest, my 2nd one from Canada, one right after the other. Marta said that it was easy getting around San Francisco on public transportation, something few San Francisco residents would agree with but is so much better than when I was living in Los Angeles. i enjoy having young people stay in my home and Marta would be more than welcome to stay here again in the future.

Another Amazing Summer in Noe!!!

This is my second stay, and, once again, I loved it!! I stayed here for ~10 weeks for an internship, and this apartment is in the perfect spot to explore the city and easily commute to work using public transit. If I wasn't graduating next year, I know I'd be back to stay again next summer : )

Amazing sunroom!

This apartment is better than described and the pictures don’t do the views justice! The views from this perch are expansive. The apartment is very well organized and this maximizes the space. And the kitchen is well equipped. Dana is a fantastic host, quick to respond and helpful in his orienting you to the city.

Relax in San Francisco with a Private View

Perfect location for a single or couple. Private, comfortable, and a fantastic view of San Francisco from a rooftop apt in the Noe Valley District. Easy access to the downtown and North Sides of the city. And wonderful friendly hosts that attend to all needs. I stayed three weeks and loved it.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here The view is spectacular, both during the day, and at night, when you get to see all the lights of the city below you. Dana was exceptional helpful, giving us numerous tips about the neighborhood, and public transportation. The studio space is very clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed Noe Valley, which is a thriving and charming neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Dreamy Sunroom Oasis.

It was such a pleasure meeting Dana and staying in the lovely sunroom. The place is just as described in the listing. What an amazing view! I loved watching the sunrise from the comfortable bed. Dana is super accommodating and a great communicator. The place is in a great location. We were provided with two sets of keys which was super helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful space filled with light with spectacular views! Cozy home away from home in a great SF neighborhood. Dana is a wonderful host, responsive, kind and helpful! the magic aerie

each time I arrived to this rooftop aerie, whether day or nite I was newly amazed by the sky panoply, changing weather and graceful neighborhoods whether twinkling at night, bathing in Spring sunlight or appearing and disappearing in passing rain clouds or gentle foggy mists.

Excellent location and stay!

This was definitely one of the most best HomeAway and AirBNB experiences I have ever had. I stayed in the sunroom during the month of November and Dana could not have been more hospital or attentive during my stay. The location is an excellent location and is only a few blocks from the Mission, Dolores Park and the Castro - and exactly one block from the MUNI. The unit was very clean, comfortable and cosy with beautiful views to wake up to every single morning. I would recommend anyone considering staying in the sunroom to do so, you will not be disappointed and you will never want to leave.

From when we landed and contacted Dana, the stay itself, and leaving this was a fantastic place. Upon arrival Dana carried our bags up the stairs, and wouldn't take no for an answer, the room had everything we needed, the view was as pictured. Dolores Heights in the Noe valley was the best choice we could of made.Would gladly go back there and give it and Dana the highest recommendation we can, our 11 night stay was fantastic, thankyou, from us in New Zealand. AAA+++

Perfect!

I stayed here for the month of January. It was a safe, sunlit, and perfect haven from winter darkness. The host was incredibly helpful, kind and available. He has a map and binder with lots of helpful information about the area, dining and the facilities. From the room, you can see Bernal Heights and Twin Peaks, which were so convenient to hike. The location is perfect, down 1 block from the MUNI J line, from which I could get everywhere I wanted. Noe Valley is so safe, and has so many great places to eat, shop, hang out, and I even took a yoga class a few blocks away. I highly recommend this beautiful place to all, and I thank Dana so much for sharing his cozy getaway with me! darkness.

I certainly enjoyed having this guest stay in my VRBO rental. She was delightful. She was here from Alaska to spend some time in warmer weather and enjoy the sunlight. Both of us being musicians, she plays the french horn, I was happy to recomend her to a music store where she ended up upgraded to a better horn. We had fun sharing her adventures in San Francisco. I would certainly recommend her to others as a guest in their VRBO rentals and would be happy to have her as a guest again.

Our own little slice of beauty in SF!

The short version is, if you're debating, do it. This place is amazing. The view is like nothing else, the room is cozy and has everything you need, and the location is perfect. Seriously. Dana is an amazing host, it felt like we were staying with family more than just a host. He gaves us tips and even helped us carry bags to and from! We couldn't have asked for a better place.The stairs can be a bit intense if you're not prepared, but we had no problem with them. Your host has lived at this location since 1986 and has lovingly restored and updated the builidng making for a unique and relaxed living experience.

The ROOFTOP SUNROOM is literally that, a room perched on the roof of a two unit building in San Francisco's Noe Valley. You view is panoramic from Twin Peaks looking west sweeping around to San Francisco Bay looking east.

San Francisco is a city of neighborhoods and Noe Valley is one of the nicest. It is in a part of The City that the sun shines brightly when much of the rest of San Francisco is in the Fog. It is a neighborhood where you walk! Walk to the shops and stores on 24th St., or find wonderful restaurants just blocks away on Church St. Walk to a cheese store, meat market, or take in the Saturday morning Farmers' Market. Walk in any direction and you will find a coffee shop where you can sit and relax enjoying your tea or coffee.
