Such a great stay for the price! Room was great and had all of the amenities. Hot sun and sauna on property were definitely an added bonus! Will definitely be staying again!

I was very impressed with this property! The room was large and had basic amenities (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes and flatware and a compact dishwasher). The coffee maker was fine but couldn't be used to make hot water if you wanted tea. There was a great lounge space on the 15th floor that provided fresh tea and coffee, and there is a hot tub, fitness room, and saunas with towels provided. The room also featured a large patio space. The staff was attentive and helpful. And the location is convenient to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Within easy walking distance to Union Square.

Loved the location and the stay. Just know going in that the hotel staff will try to sell you a time share. We were there for 2 days and they kept pushing us to sit in on an hour long presentation. We told them we were not interested multiple times. Other than that the stay was great.

Thank you for the 8/10 and for the kind words about the location and the stay overall. We're glad the trip mostly hit the mark. The timeshare pitch, though, we hear you. Those presentations are run by the resort's onsite sales team, not by us, but we completely understand how that persistence can wear on a short trip when all you want is downtime. We'll keep passing this feedback along. Two days should mean two days of relaxing, not repeating "no thanks." Hope the good parts of the stay outweigh the pitch, and that we get another shot at hosting you.

Room was clean, though a bit dated. Staff at location is amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Tried to stream in room with Chromecast. The only app that worked was YouTube TV (and probably YouTube), Paramount, Netflix and Prime Video all would connect and then return to the Chromecast connection screen.Great location but very loud on the weekend.
