Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Great stay for a family of 4

The size and location of the condo was wonderful and perfect for our family of 4. Great location to walk anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our FFA group stayed in five rooms and we really enjoyed out stay. We like the fact that the rooms offer a living room and dining table for the students to share some time for building friendships. We also like the small kitchen area so that students can purchase food and drinks to eat on during our stay and save a little money over eating at a restaurant three times per day. We hope to be able to stay again next year.

Great Location. Would stay in the complex again but would try a different unit. April 2021: Rooms needed some updating and a new mattress.

We were close enough to the strip to walk everywhere downtown we needed to go. The view of the stream was our favorite. We left our door open to listen to it flow at night. Rooms were clean and well maintained with basic dining needs and enough to cook meals

From a soiled comforter, huge dusty cobwebs on several light fixtures, to the fireplace not working and was advertised as working fall through spring. The bathrooms were old with molded doors. I could go on and on. Very disappointed with this unit and the way the office handled everything. Needs a complete overhaul

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Park Place Condominiums several times & have always enjoyed my stay there. I like the location. It's within walking distance of a winery & several restaurants. It's close to the entrance to the Smokey Mountains. It's at the end of the downtown strip so the walking traffic doesn't seem to be as congested. As far as the condo itself, at least in the room we stayed in, it did look like the living room furniture & tv had been updated which was needed. All the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is the beds. They were comfortable but one of the bed frames was sticking out & I couldn't get it to go back in place. When I started looking at the mattress & box springs,they looked disgusting. I saw what looked like blood splatter on the side of both box springs in the room! The mattresses themselves looked to be very old. Me & my family will certainly plan to stay there a gain but I hope next time the rooms will have updated mattresses.

Great Spot

The room had all the amenities described (plus hot tub by the pool that I hadn't known about). The location was ideal for both walking into Downtown Gatlinburg or driving to Clingman's Dome or Cade's Cove etc.

You can sit on the balcony watch the water go by and never hear the sounds of the city. A clean and well maintained establishment. We will definitely be staying again.

Excellent location, nice setting. Furniture dated and worn, needing replacement. Master bed was abysmal, lumpy and sagging. Cleanliness upon check in was less than desirable, especially in this day and time. Staff super friendly and good communication. Average accommodations for a reasonable price when split between tow couples.
