Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hÎtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le maßtre de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hÎtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entiÚrement équipée propose appareils de taille complÚte, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Nice Place

Great quiet location. Our unit balcony overlooked river and woods. Nice to sleep with the sound of water. Easy walk to downtown areas plus at trailhead of Gatlinburg trail. If I come to the area again, I will stay here.

Perfect Gatlinburg stay

Check in/out process was super easy. Although a little dated, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture the most comfortable at any rental I've ever stayed at. Location is perfect, just off the strip with plenty of parking. We didn't need to leave town to see bear, we got to see one right in town walking back to the condo. Super close to GSM. Would stay here again.

Great Creek Location Steps From the Park

We've stayed several places in Gatlinburg, but this was easily our favorite so far. Just around the corner is the Gatlinburg trail with a fantastic 2-mile hike/run to Sugarlands Visitor's Center. When you get tired of the park you're right next to all the dining and attractions options you could want with no need to drive. Our condo was freshly cleaned, check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very friendly. All the units are directly on the river so you get a great view. Very nice place to stay, we'll be back.

The jacuzzi tub had mold in jets I had to clean before using with bleach and a toothbrush. It stopped working. The sink was clogged and needed extra cleaning around faucets. Dusting and Windex is a good idea and changing filters. Cobwebs and maybe a scrub brush or bleach to shower floor. Definitely, needs updated for the price.

Within walking distance to the strip, clean and wonderfully maintained, everything you could ask for in your home away from home. Customer service is excellent. We have recommended Park Place Condominiums to anyone going to Gatlinburg. We love walking the strip, eating at two of our favorite restaurants, Howards and The Best, and going to Old Smokey Holler for a relaxing evening in the rocking chairs and listening to bluegrass & country music every night. We just came home yesterday but already have our reservations made for November/December so we can be there for the Christmas Parade.
