Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the bears down in the river. My only complaint I have is I think there should be parking passes. During the Gatlinburg parade I had to park in the driveway. A bunch of people who didn’t belong parked there for the parade which isn’t fair for people who paid to be there. They definitely need parking passes. But other than that. I love the place and will be back. It’s a great bang for your buck. Very comfortable. I give them a 5 star rating.

Good location, clean, easy check in, in need of an update

Location is right on the creek and is beautiful. It’s very walkable to Ober Mountain tram and everything at the top of the strip. Quiet. Check-in after hours was super easy. The only toiletry supplied is soap and dish soap. The inside was clean but in need of major updates and refreshing, especially removing the carpet. Some family members allergies were really flaring up during the stay, likely because of the carpet and room not smelling fresh. Because everything was so old, it gives the impression of not being clean, but it was clean. I loved that the guest room had two beds. Kitchen was stocked with enough plates, cups, silverware. A few additional cooking pieces would be nice, but overall the kitchen was sufficient. Our stay was ok, not sure I’d stay here again for what we paid.

Staying at Park Place Condominiums

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: every time we come to the Smokies we stay at Park Place Condominiums & we have been going 15+ yrs. This is the first time I have to tell you it was disappointing. The condo we stayed in was NOT well stocked as all the other times. there were very few dinner plates, there was hardly silverware for 4 adults. very few cups,very few bowls, very few plates. We were very disappointed & wondered if this condo was owned by Park Place. Whenever come to G Burg we always stay at Park Place but now when we come -- when I make our reservations I will request a condo that is better stocked like all the other condos we have stayed in. I realize the owners don't have to supply anything but this is the very first time we have stayed in condo where there is literally nothing in the kitchen not even travel S&P!! Broken door to the dishwasher,fireplace did not work, screened porch door in the lg bedroom did not work well at all. The shower in the lg bedroom had NO light in the shower so we literally showered in the dark !! This condo needs 2 b better equipped.I cannot recommend this particular condo. I could recommend Park Place as that is where we always stay--

It was clean but living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Bed was comfy and everything worked as it should. The balcony was a nice feature and got to watch a bear walk along the stream and then sit in the water for awhile. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Location to park was so easy as well as the outer road to by pass the traffic. Nice pizza place we walked to around the corner and BBQ right next door. The tree color was really good. Our trip was wonderful.

Good central location. Stingy on toilet paper with 1 roll in each bathroom, and pots and pans were in need of upgrade. Specifically just 1 pot in the kitchen. It was a good thing we brought a fry pan and casserole dish

Overall great stay

Aside from not being able to get enough hot water to make the Jacuzzi tub water warmer than just warm, everything was great.. i watched for the things other reviews said like the shower light not working.. it does, but you have to have both light switches on to make it work.. the mattress is seriously comfy, so no complaints there.. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. the river outside drowned out all the city noise except the Canadian Geese honking through the night.. lol

Beautiful view & walking distance to downtown

The condo was great!! The view & sounds of the river absolutely made this place!! There was so much room & the master bath was so incredibly spacious! We were able to walk downtown. We would definitely come back!!
