Ce condominium offre toutes les commodités pour une visite relaxante de les Smoky Mountains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Le maître de bain comme une étape dans la douche et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. Le bain d'hôtes dispose d'une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notre cuisine entièrement équipée propose appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis avec la verrerie, vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle. Tous les draps sont fournis. Nous fournissons également un grand parking gratuit.

Much needed getaway

The condo is roomy, well equipped and very enjoyable. I liked sitting on the balcony and listening to the waterfall.

Thanksgiving to Remember

They were all impressed and enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the Country Tonite show tickets that came with our reservation! The show was great and just an added bonus!

209 needs renovating

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 209 needs a lot of cleaning and a complete renovation. Too many things broken, dirty, bugs, mold which is dangerous. When I asked to be moved was told I would have to pay for up grade. Then I was offered a 3 br unit that had just had a new floor put down and the smell was very, very strong from the adhesive used and I had to decide what was more likely to sent me into an Asthma attack. Chose to stay put. The location is great. Too bad owners are not required to keep up their property. Apparently management doesn’t do inspection.

This property location is superb, just needs a facelift into this decade. I would return there tomorrow. The staff who manage it and provide assistance are nothing less than the best folks around. One of many stays at Park Place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Park Place for many years and always enjoy the experience. However, the place is getting older and the prices keep going up so I may be forced to research other locations. I look for the VALUE I receive for the dollars I spend. The value at Park Place at one time was really good.......now, not so much. We still like Park Place and hope they do not price themselves out of the market (at least for me).

It has been renovated and looks so much better than this picture. We loved the location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place a few times over the years. The location is ideal being right next to the park . But the condition of the property has clearly declined. There are examples of lack of maintenance all over the common areas.We own rental condos in other areas so are familiar with what is reasonable . The unit we stayed in could use renovation. Formica countertops and spotted carpets with 20 yr old white appliances doesn’t work anymore except for tenants seeking only cheap accommodations. Worst, there was hair in the tub, the kitchen floor was sticky, and several day old, moldy, coffee was still in the coffee maker.

Great Gatlinburg Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Gatlinburg was made even better by the convenience of the Park Place Condos. Our condo was clean and ready for our visit upon our arrival. The pictures do not do the unit justice because newer carpet has been installed, really freshening up the place. The beds were a little hard for my comfort, but that could be a preference thing. I would like to see a few items added to the kitchen to make is more usable for people like me who prefer to make most of their meals so that we can use our money for adventures and experiences. I had to get very creative when preparing our meals. Sitting by the river was a delightful way to relax after a hike through the mountains on one of the many trails offered in the park. I LOVED the convenience of being so close to everything, including the National Park Entrance, which was our main reason for visiting. You could navigate in and out of the Park with ease and didn't need to bother with the Gatlinburg traffic. We will be back next time we plan a visit to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park!
