Située dans un quartier paisible, cette maison offre un accès facile au village. À seulement un mile et demi du centre-ville, les restaurants et les magasins sont faciles d'accès et la célèbre plage de Mayo est à un court trajet. La maison a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 bains et demi. Il y a des plafonds catherdral dans le salon avec des curseurs sur le pont. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 ". Des meubles d'extérieur et un grill sont fournis et il y a même une douche extérieure fermée idéale pour rincer après une journée à la plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et la table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et disposent d'un roi (2 lits jumeaux ensemble) dans le maître, un double dans la deuxième chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. La chambre principale et la chambre avec le lit double ont également une unité de climatisation portable pour les chaudes nuits d'été. Le niveau inférieur de la maison offre une grande salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong ainsi qu'une salle multimédia séparée avec un grand écran et un projecteur. Very Enjoyable Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this rental! It's on a quiet street, but it's still not too far from the center of Wellfleet. The house was comfortable, clean, spacious, and wonderfully air-conditioned...which we really needed that week. Very nice, new appliances too! We were very happy staying here and would definitely come back!

Awesome House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for an early summer getaway. The house was clean and exceeded my expectations. We spent a lot of time in the house, and the kitchen truly allowed us to come together and cook as a family. We were incredibly grateful for the A/C units in the bedrooms. Parking was a little rough if you have more than three vehicles but otherwise it was a great stay.

Nice home with steep and rocky approach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home based on the nice photos, but were unaware of the steep and rocky downhill path from the parking area to the home itself. My mother walks with a cane, as she is older, and this was difficult for her every time we went in or out. Also, the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I cleaned some of it myself and then I spoke with the rental agent who sent a cleaning crew the next day. No credit to the bill was offered to us. In a case like this, I think it ought to have been.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest challenge to our vacation was the Cape Cod Oceanview Realty. the house was not cleaned up on our arrival - big problem given a pandemic. After several calls the best they could do was a cleaning the following day. No offer of hotel, no offer of a break on the first day cost. The cleaning crew arrived an hour late on a Sunday morning - they did a great job. No call from CCOR to make sure all was well. No contact all week from rental company. We called when we were leaving - they said they would get back to us - nothing. The house was nice - a few minor problems with lights etc. But the cleaning issue is TOTALLY the rental companies problem.

Never again!

The house was clean. However,... 1. It wasn't made clear to us that the driveway and parking area were bordered on one side by a significant drop-off. What would prevent a car from accidentally going over the edge of the parking area and into that drop-off was merely a length of 2X2 that could easily be driven over - especially at night. 2. The parking area was very limited in size which made it challenging to maneuver two cars in it. 3. Given the above, one would think that, in anticipation of two cars returning from evening activities, it would be expected that the parking area was well lit.. In fact, it wasn't lit at all - not even minimally. 4. Prior to renting this house, we were not made aware of the fact that the path between the parking area and the house involved a number of steps of significant heights. Those steps made it difficult for someone with ambulatory challenges to traverse that walk way. 5. The lighting and ventilation in the bathrooms was inadequate. 6.The beds in the master bedroom were particularly and uncomfortably soft and non-supportive. The situation was such that consideration was given to going to a local lumber store and purchasing pieces of plywood to put under the mattresses to hopefully attain the reasonable support that was sought. In summary, this house - both its presentation and the actuality of that rental - were disappointing to us. We will not be returning there.

Another Great Stay in Wellfleet!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed in this house and we really enjoyed it again! The house is super comfortable with plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean! Great air-conditioning! The kitchen and living room are very comfortable to cook and hang out in. We loved playing ping-pong in the basement. There are only a couple of small drawbacks to this property, which obviously didn't bother us too much since we came back a second time. The property has a rough driveway with a few steps that descend down to the house. If someone has mobility problems, this is not the place for you (but it was fine for us). And the basement smells like, well, a basement. A little mildewy, but no big deal. My only small notes for the owner/property manager: 1) I wish they had a nonstick pan in the kitchen and 2) the blanket in the primary bedroom seemed a little small for the bed. But otherwise, we were thrilled with our stay! We think it's a great rental deal for the space and convenience the house offers. I'm sure we'll be back again! Thanks so much!

Disappointed in the overall neglect and disrepair

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property could use some TLC the deck has some rough and splintered areas,so going barefoot is not an option. The lower level is unusable due to mold and inadequate dehumidifier ,which was not emptied nor was it mentioned in the instructions/ welcome packet. The two bathrooms were poorly ventilated and had a lot of wear ,Overall maintenance has been long over due making opening and closing windows difficult . Some windows have open gaps that allow mosquitoes and brown spiders in constantly. By the end of the week I was taking allergy pills daily and using an inhaler due to the mold problem. It’s truely unfortunate that the property isn’t better cared for or maintained. I would not rent this home again despite the lovely location.
