Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Blue Horizon", Condo 1503 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and the amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Blue Horizon is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort.. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 15th floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, or cur; up to eat while watching your favorite show. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area has comfortable furniture, and a large TV, perfect for movie and game nights! End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also includes free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with plenty of storage space. a beautiful view of the gulf and access to the balcony. This room is its own retreat, with a beautiful en suite bathroom that has a shower/ tub combo and a large double vanity. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed, its own full en-suite bathroom, and plenty of space. The Bunk Room has a door for privacy, twin/twin bunkbeds, a tv for the kids to watch and a half bath just steps away.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
