EntiÚrement rénové juste la saison derniÚre!
Nous avons fait un remodelage complet, l'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement dĂ©molie et reconstruite, nouvelle salle de bain, nouvelle cuisine, nouveau revĂȘtement de sol, lumiĂšres encastrĂ©es.

Grand appartement 2 chambres. 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la baie, 2,5 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et Ă  moins de 5 minutes en voiture de Seaside Heights, oĂč il y a de nombreuses attractions comme le parc d'attractions Casino Pier rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et le parc aquatique Breakwater Beach pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

The perfect family condo

My husband and 2 children (3 & 1) stayed here. The condo was perfect, very clean and plenty of space. The huge backyard was amazing for the kids and adults. We also had my mother/father in law stay a night and we all fit comfortably. The location was great, short walk to the bay with a park and to the boardwalk. The host was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Long weekend getaway

We had a great stay! Rental was very clean and perfect for 2 people. We had no issues with the unit so it was not necessary to reach out to the host for anything. Check in was super easy. Highly recommended.

Nice condo experience

We stayed for 5 days & had a good experience. It was clean & nicely equipped. We had a family BBQ & there were 2 grills, 2 picnic tables & adequate seating. It was 2 blocks to beach & boardwalk. I thought parking was going to be a problem for visitors but there was plenty of off-street parking. available. Overall good experience.

One of the Best

This was our second stay at this property owned and managed by Ivo and Maren. We stayed (also for the second time) in the A unit, one of three rental units on the property, while the owners reside in the fourth unit. Despite having multiple units in close proximity, we felt that there was a terrific sense of privacy making our stay very comfortable. This sense of privacy and quiet was felt both inside and while using the incredibly well maintained outdoor spaces. Separate seating areas and separate gas grills enhanced this sense of privacy. Indoors, there are 2 bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a very comfortable living room with two couches. Windows facing two directions allowed for maximizing refreshing breezes day and night. There are two things that in our long years of experiencing properties in Seaside Height and Seaside Park that set this property apart. First is that the owners of the property are present but never intrusive yet always helpful. A quick story to demonstrate this came when I first opened a window, I noticed a quarter size hole in the screen. Not wanting to be a nuisance, I threaded a plastic bag into the hole to keep out the bugs and we went to the beach. We never said a word to the owner. When we returned from the beach, the bag was gone and a new screen was in place. The second thing that sets this property apart is the fact that the apartment, the floors, walls, appliances, everything is incredibly well maintained. Nothing is old or worn. While the owners went above and beyond in cleaning and sanitizing the apartment in this Covid-19 craziness, the same attention to detail and cleanliness was present last summer as well. The only negative comes in to play if you want to drive anywhere as the street doesn't allow for easy access to the main streets one typically wants to traverse. Despite this nuisance, you are 2 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and 2 blocks from the bay. This is a great place to stay, and even better, the owners are dog-friendly. What could be better?

Spacious, well-located apartment

Evo and Marin are always available by phone but never intrusive. The apartment is very clean, spacious, well-organized, and located perfectly between the bay and the ocean, which is an easy walk straight to the start of the boardwalk. My family and our dog had a great time there!

This Property checks all boxes!

Perfectly located- walk to the beach, boardwalk, bay, park, coffee shop, convenient store. This shore has a little of everything - but favorite is state park 4x4 beach for fishing. Bright & Cheery Property is fully equipped with all your essentials, very clean and manager is attentive to provide a good experience.

Great stay!

This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely do this again! The property owners were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and had a beautiful property. Everything looked new (or close to new), and was very clean. The beach passes provided were for the Seaside Park beach, as opposed to the Seaside Heights beach, but it was beautiful and located in very close proximity to the Seaside Heights boardwalk. The only potential drawback was the walk to the beach was several blocks. Still, the owners were so nice and the place was so beautiful, it was worth the walk. We highly recommend!

Seaside Getaway!

My grandchildren love the property, and the owners are so very accommodating! This was our second visit, and we will most certainly rent there again in the future! New couches and chairs were great too! The sleeper couch really came in handy to that "Grandma" could have her own bedroom!!

Great spot for families

This apartment had everything we needed for a quick trip with young kids, to be close to Island Beach State Park . Really nice to have a few indoor toys and tons of outdoor play stuff to keep little ones occupied!

Best Shore Place Ever !!!

I am 60 years old and have spent at least a weekend every summer for 55 of those years in Seaside Heights or Seaside Park. Without a doubt, hands down, this property was the cleanest, best maintained, best stocked place I've stayed in at the Jersey Shore. When I was a kid, where we stayed was unimportant as long as we were close to the beach and the boardwalk. But housing, at least the places my folks rented were a bit rough, more bungalow than well appointed home. As I've aged, comfort has become more important but when going to the shore, I still have the mind set that I'm not going there looking for sophisticated, elegance in housing. Iyvalo's home, the main floor front apartment was gutted and renovated last year (as were the other rentals, though I didn't see them myself) and both the newness and quality of the construction was evident wherever one looked. Beyond that, the interior design was lovely, one might call it Jersey Shore Chic. The walls were painted in soothing, sophisticated shades of grey, the floors done in a high quality laminate so that whatever sand that doesn't wash off in the outdoor shower, is easily swept up. Nor were the floors scratched by the nails of our happy, active 90 pound dog. Upon arrival, the place was not just clean, but so clean that my wife didn't feel the need to wash the drawers in the bedroom dressers or clean the refrigerator and counter top before unpacking. Truly, the place sparkled. Usually on shore vacations we pack the car full of bedding. Not needed here. Towels, Iyvalo supplies thick, spa-like towels. He even called me mid-week to ask if we wanted to trade our used towels for a fresh set !! Other than your favorite spices and foods, you need to bring nothing for the kitchen. There is one full bathroom and yes, a bathtub for soaking older bones. There's a great outdoor area with swings and assorted toys and gas fired grills, one for each apartment and Iyvalo keeps them in spotless condition. There is free wifi and the owner Iyvalo lives on the property. I found Iyvalo to be welcoming and easy to contact. He responded quickly and seemed happy to be helpful with information and when asked, suggestions. I look forward to making this my summer home rental for years to come. 2 small issues to consider. If walking is an issue, it is 3 blocks to the ocean, a block and a half to the bay. The street's configuration is a bit odd but easily navigated after practice. This is truly a great place to stay.

Clean and Welcoming.

The condo was clean and we felt at home. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be sure we were comfortable. He also provided excellent information about the beach, beach badges, the bay, restaurants, and activities. The only challenge was learning how to navigate the many one-way streets, but the owner was very helpful with directions.
