Nous sommes situés au 2ème étage dans le coin où il fait extrêmement calme et frais.
Le condo a WiFi gratuit et câble avec 2 chambres à coucher. The Eat In Kitchen ajoute au confort, et une grande piscine est sur place et toutes les activités sont à distance de marche. Notre emplacement est calme et assez éloigné des activités, mais vous êtes également prêt à marcher et à participer au divertissement de la communauté!

Désolé mais nous ne louons à personne de 23 ans ou moins! PAS DE PROMS

Cet été 2019 Êtes-vous prêt pour les NOUVEAUX montagnes russes Euro-Fighter avec une élévation verticale de 72 pieds et une descente au-delà de la verticale. La première chute sensationnelle de 97 ° n'est que le début. Great spot for family vacation

The condo was clean, cozy, peaceful and perfect for families. The hosts and neighbors were friendly. Convenient off street parking, short walk to boardwalk and beach, kids loved the pool. Definitely will book again

We stayed for the week during our daughter’s national dance competition. The location was great, a short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Easy to get around when driving to Toms Rover for the competition. The kids loved the pool.

Perfect stay

My family & I stayed here for a dance competition and loved our stay. The condo is located in a nice area and was perfect for what we needed. The neighbors are friendly and the pool was a great perk!

Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean. Very close to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. The pool was a little on the cold side for me. So we didn’t really use it that much. Having a washer/dryer on the property was a huge bonus. The condo was fully stocked.

Wonderful owners!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. We spent our days at the beach and evenings sitting out on the complex's patio with a great breeze from the bay. We used the pool instead of the beach one day, which was a nice feature. The owners were very hospitable and responsive. The condo has all the basic amenities you need - new fridge, stove, updated bathroom, cable and good wifi.

This place was even nicer in person. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home! The complex is also nice and clean and well maintained. Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation and stay! It is in a quiet area with ample parking. The neighbors who live there were very friendly and also helpful. The owner was also very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place. Seaside Heights New Jersey has all the activities you would expect to find at the beach and is a very nice area. We also enjoyed the restaurants we went to. It has a great boardwalk and a nice clean beach, all of which was within walking distance or a short drive. After a day at the beach the condo was a great place to just kick back and relax. It also has a fun pool built into the center of the complex which was clean and has a nice area to hang out at.

Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and roomy the rental was. Parking was perfect. Boardwalk n beach a bit of a walk but we did it 2 times a day, great exercise. Basically had pool to our self the 4 days. Everyone who was there were super friendly n helpful. Communication with other was quick n kind . Will def stay again..

Some initial confusion

There was some confusion as to check in instructions via VRBO and the instructions to access WIFI once we were in apt but the rest of the stay went smoothly.

Lovely Apartment

This little apartment was lovely and comfortable! A quick drive away from IBSP which is where we enjoy going to the beach. Loved having easy access to a pool which is clean and well maintained. The apartment is quiet, you truly cannot hear anything coming from other apartments. Owner is very responsive, and checkin was super simple. My only complaint is the fridge wasn't cleaned out and had a smell, and the main room air conditioner needs to be cleaned and/or maintenance because there is a musty/moldy smell coming from it.

Nice apartment for families, 4 blocks from the shore

This is a nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment about 4 blocks from the beach. It is about a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk. The apartment has a full kitchen and family room if you want to relax after a day at the beach or if it is raining. There is plenty of free parking. We connected a laptop to the tv to watch movies using the wifi. FYI, the pool is not heated, but the kids still liked it.

Great Seaside vacation!

Cute, clean and quiet location. Neighbors were all very friendly and pool was so nice after a hot, sunny day at the beach. We loved going to funtown beach! It is much better than seaside heights. Didn’t cost us anything. Cute area. We usually go to wildwood or pt pleasant. The only negative about the house was the one bed in adults room. The mattress is very loud. We originally thought it was the bed frame but it’s definitely the mattress. We woke up quite a few times due to turning in our sleep and hearing it creak. Some nights though it didn’t effect us as we were so tired from our beautiful beach days. Rest of the house was perfect. Great small laundry area next to kitchen. Can tell they are remodeling/redecorating due to new paint and furniture. Looks even better in person! Thxs for having us!

Nostalgic

I have spent my entire summers as a child on the Jersey Shore. Being from MI, I consider myself spoiled just bc of that experience. I had not been back since 2005! This time I got to bring my little girl and experience it with her as this is now the 5th generation to be out on the shore in the summers, my moms side of the family is from here. I got to see cousins I have not seen since my last trip and a friend I served with, that I had not seen in 2. But the best part…experiencing this through a kid, now I see what my grandpa and mom meant when they said how they loved me being there. It was just incredible. We crabbed, walked the boardwalk, boated, swam in the ocean, did the boardwalk every night and of course the pizza. My kid even won 19000 points in an arcade game LOL. This brought back so many memories for me. The condo we stayed at was awesome. Plenty of room in a very clean and warming place, the beach theme is great. Temperature was always easy to control, very clean, and offered all one needs to basically “live there”. The owner was very responsive to any questions and they even offer you beach passes which does save you some money. Owners around in the condo were great and beyond welcoming. One of them had my daughter and I for pizza with their family, even swam with their kid. It was such a great time I am booking for next year as my child and I take a trip a year, she wants to come again and so do I, hope it’s a new tradition as I loved going out there as a kid for almost a whole decade as a kid every summer for weeks at a time. Thanks for helping my kid and I have such an awesome trip that we will both remember forever

Great Place

The unit was very clean and the owner was very responsive. They checked in to make sure previous reported issues were resolved. The location is great a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The downstairs unit owners were very friendly as well. The pool is small but very nice. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect & Cozy

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach stay! It’s a close walk to the shore, but not in the crowds. The place itself was cozy and comfortable — the couch is AMAZING and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is enough and the shower ran really well. We loved our stay and would 100% stay again if we’re ever back in Seaside!

Wonderful vacation

Very nice home away from home. The pool was not available for our use from Tuesday evening to the end of our stay on Saturday. I understand that it was a safety issue, but to wait that long for an electrician seems a little unreasonable especially when the pool was the tie breaker for choosing our stay there.

Unfortunetly the unit owners are not in charge of calling for onsite issues. We were told an electrician was called immediately but they couldn’t get it fixed the same day. The pool is currently open and running fine. Thanks for taking care of our home.

My Best memories are at the Jersey Shore on the Seaside Beach with my brother and sister. We would bodysurf in the ocean all day, then relax back at the condo in the pool. Nights were spent together on the Boardwalk rides and winning prizes at the stands. We usually ate at Maruka's Pizza on the boards or had a Cheese Steak from Midway. When we wanted to sit we would eat at Klee's which is right down the block from us. Since then more restaurants and attractions sprouted up and this vacation spot continues to grow and creates great memories for all!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I spent summers and then lived here when I was a kid. My Parents sold it in the early 2000's and a huge part of my childhood was gone. When the chance to get it back happened last year I jumped at it and from that point I started to create new memories with my family. I now would like to share it with your family to create your own great summer memories!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What I always Loved about the Spinnaker was it's easy access to all activities. If I wanted to swim and have a lazy day, the pool is outside my door. If I wanted to hit the beach then I walked and set up my chair to watch the tides roll in and out. What I love it to go grabbing with my daughters or fish off the pier across the road at the bay. Always something to do and a nice quiet place to do it in- a great night is Wednesday at 9 when Seaside Heights has it's free fire works display. This has always been my happy place, and now it has become my daughters happy place too!
