Welcome to Maui Vista 1312. This eclectic updated partial oceanview 1 bedroom condo is located in the heart of South Kihei. This condo can accommodate 4 people & has everything needed to feel at home. Cross the street & end up at Charley Young beach which connects to Kamaole I Beach. These local & tourists favorites are sure to make unforgettable beach days. You are also close to shops & dining. The resort features tennis courts, pool, & BBQ area. No better place to make your Maui memories.
The space:
Maui Vista front row partial ocean view 1 bedroom gem with updates and close to the best beachesï»ż. Perched right above Kihei road you get the ocean view and easy access to cross the street and go to the beach.
***This condo is located in the very front of the resort right off Kihei road, giving it its view, and the closest access to cross the street and go to the beach. This does cause some road noise with the lanai door or windows open. This is the upfront disclosure so please do not book if thats a problem. Mahalo Nui Loa***
The layout:
ï»żBedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, tower fan, nightstands with usb chargers, window unit AC, TV, and closet space.
Bathroom: This eclectic remodeled bathroom and features a custom walk in shower, Toto toilet, custom rock pedestal sink, and island style decor.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full kitchen and breakfast bar(4 stools), large smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper, window unit AC, ceiling fan, and a sitting chair. The unit has in unit washer/dryer.
Lanai: Bar top for 2 people with ocean view.
***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***
We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
It's all about the location...
Walk out of the complex, cross the street and end up at Charley Young Beach. One of the best beaches in south maui that leads to Kamaole I Beach perfect for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. The resort has a swimming pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, elevators, and tropical landscaping with fountains.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Mauiâs rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please donât kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
