Profitez de Sunny South Kihei dans notre confortable condominium récemment rénové dans le Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Réveillez-vous à la vue sur la montagne du volcan de Haleakala et profitez des couchers de soleil de l'océan le soir dans votre véranda. Notre condo d'unité de coin se trouve dans le bâtiment le plus proche de la plage. Pour la piscine, notre complexe dispose d'une des plus grandes piscines de Kihei.

Notre condo au niveau du sol est situé dans le centre de Kihei, à proximité des restaurants et des commerces. Il se trouve à seulement 50 mètres de la magnifique plage de Kamaole II. Jouez dans le sable, faites de la plongée, faites-vous boogie boarding ou prenez le beau pacific bleu! Notre condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une excellente journée sur la plage! Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour votre prochaine activité, vous n'êtes qu'à une courte promenade dans votre lanai privée et votre maison loin de chez vous!

Notre condo nouvellement rénové d'une chambre a un lit King size en Californie. Il y a une taille queen cacher un lit si une zone de sommeil supplémentaire est nécessaire. Cette unité de coin a une belle brise de l'océan pour vous tenir à l'aise. Les autres équipements comprennent la climatisation, la laveuse et la sécheuse dans l'unité, une télévision à écran plat, des comptoirs en granit, un wifi et une véranda carrelée.

Trois des meilleures plages sur les parcs de plage de Maui, Kamaole I, II et III s'étendent sur près d'un kilomètre et se situent à distance de marche de notre condo. Ce sont d'excellentes plages pour les familles de tous âges. La plage de natation parfaite, Kamaole Beach Park II, possède un saut à sauge et se trouve directement en face de notre complexe, à seulement 150 pieds de notre condo. Kamaole II offre des vues spectaculaires pour les célèbres couchers de soleil de Maui - apportez votre appareil photo!

À seulement 12 miles ou 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Kahului, notre emplacement de condo est idéalement situé pour les promenades en voiture pour la plupart des 10 attractions de Maui et des cours de golf de classe mondiale. Après un jour sur la route, il n'y a pas de meilleur moyen de le retrouver que de rentrer chez vous loin de chez vous, de la paix, du calme et de la détente - profitez-en!

We had an awesome trip. The location is amazing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and it’s very clean. The grounds are well manicured and the pool is great after a long day at the beach.

Beautiful condo

We loved this little condo and how it had everything we needed at the beach and in the kitchen. Thank you! We lost internet early on the last night and was not sure if it was cut off bc we were checking out or if it was just out. If it was bc we were checking out, I recommend turning it off at 11am check out time. That was our only issue/concern.

Right across from the beach!

Cozy, 1 room place that fit me and my wife well. Any more than that might be crowded. Getting the tv going sometimes took a restart of the system, and is fairly small. I realize we’re in paradise but at night we like to watch movies or shows. Other than that the place is great, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to almost any food source or shopping. We’ll more than likely consider this place next time!! Thanks!!

This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kihei. The hosts had obviously thought about what a visitor might want and need. We had no problems, and would certainly consider coming back again.

Very close to the Beach

We had a great experience with this condo. It has all you need around you and within walking distance. Eateries, groceries, bars and lots and lots of shopping! And best of all the beach with magnificent sunsets! Hosts were great with communication and getting back to you quickly! We’ll definitely be back!

Week at Maui

The property was very clean. The carpet looked new. There was more then enough towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen items in the condo them we could ever use. Having the ocean across the street was amazing. The unit was quiet, the AC was only in the living area not the bedroom. It kept the living area cool. The parking was easy and the condo was close to lots of shopping. Want to stay there again.

Central to everything

If you are visiting Maui to explore the island, versus just one resort town, then you couldn't find a better place to stay. The condo was convenient to the South Maui beaches, one was 50 yards away. And you could quickly get on the Pi'ilani Highway which will take you to the rest of the island. Kihei is the ideal location for a Maui because it is more of a community than the resorts. As a result there are real grocery stores and restaurants within a mile or two. The condo had everything you could need already provided, including beach umbrellas and chairs. The kitchen was fully furnished and looked to have been recently remodeled. This particular unit will be our first choice on future Maui trips.

Everything we needed in an Excellent location

We spent 10 days in this unit and were so happy with all of the little details like extra outlets for charging our devices, deep bowls for making poke bowls, and plastic containers for storing our leftovers. We stayed on the sofabed and I was surprised how comfortable it was. I have sciatica pain and was not uncomfortable in any way sleeping on it. We left the bedroom to our son and his grandma. They were comfortable and happy. The space is actually bigger in person than it seems in the photos. And I particularly loved that the lanai was right in front of parking area so unloading groceries and equipment in was a breeze as we parked right in front. Also, less than 2min walk to ocean (and the best swimming beach in my opinion). Thank you Kit and Janet for sharing your space with us.

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbelievable being inbetween the strip mall with lots of shops, coconuts tacos and cafe ole and freds mexican restauraunt and moose mcgillycuddys pub. I also saw a lineup at the cinnamon shop daily (they made a great chai latte). Not to mention that kamole beach 2 and 3 were a 1 and 5min walk away and both beaches had lifeguards. Everything was within walking distance to say the least. There were plenty of chairs, boogie boards, a pool noodle, small life jacket and umbrella. The view from the room was very nice and we enjoyed how there were roosters everywhere in kihei including our daily visitor which we named rusty. They have updated the couch from the pictures and the hideabed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner worked wonders and once we learned to position a fan in the hallway to blow the cold air from the air conditioner into the bedroom (closed the bathroom door) and then raised the fan in the bedroom to blow towards the bed while closing the windows and blinds in the bedroom we were able to sleep in the bedroom. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back someday with my family!!!!

Good location

It's nice to be steps from the beach, good location to walk to restaurants. Only real downside is that there aren't comfortable chairs to relax on the lanai (just bar top chairs) and it doesn't face the ocean.

Only words of praise

When we booked the apartment, we didn't know what to expect. The apartment not only met, but also exceeded our expectations. We are very pleasantly surprised how everything worked from the reservation itself, check in, check out, the location of the apartment. Kit and Janet also offer several things for recreation within the apartment itself, such as a swimming pool, beach chairs, surfboards, umbrellas and more. The apartment is well equipped and very neat and clean. Follow the instructions you will receive when entering the apartment, as it would be a shame to damage the apartment. It’s a shame that the ratings only go up to 5 stars, because they definitely deserve more. All recommendations!

Perfect location

Great location

My daughter and I loved this property. It was close to the beach and we saw a turtle at the beach on the first day. The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. We loved the pulled pork at the Coconuts and I would also recommend the South Maui Fish company (only fresh fish). We went up to Lahaina, up to Haleakala and over to Hana, but enjoyed coming back to chill on the beach. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Location is fantastic!

Overall I give this condo 5 stars and recommend. Location is key. Right across the street from beach that is good for swimming and great for sunset. Several good dinner options a short walk. Easy and central access to drive to other parts of the island. Condo itself was comfortable. This complex is certainly not luxury and a bit older, but I felt the price reflects that and it was the location which was most important to us. Condo also had all basic supplies which was helpful. WiFi was good. Cable was limited and smart TV would have been nice for streaming…we had one rain day and getting onto Netflix would have been nice although that was not our priority in Maui! But overall very happy and I recommend with. 5-star. Thanks!
