Check in and check out was very easy! Communication from the owner was very prompt. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Great proximity to the beach and pool. Great experience overall!

Mike was responsive and amazing! The place was perfect for us and even after a slight mishap with a forgotten blow dryer he was quick to respond and help correct the issue!

The rental was perfect. I truly appreciate the rapid responsev when we were having trouble getting injury the unit. It was all our lack of understanding and the team let us know what we needed to do. There are internet services, dishes, coffee, towels, and y many other things that other rentals do not offer.I will stay with them again and highly recommend this unit and rental team.

Most amazing property! Beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and beachy!! Lovely balcony, comfy beds! The host has set you up with everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and all the regular things you’d expect in your Vrbo stay too! Steps from the ocean and also offers a very nice pool if you need a break from the sand! Mike was very communicative and answered all of our questions quickly! Very nice area. Safe! Diverse!! You can find just about anything you need within walking distance! The boardwalk is a short drive away! 100% recommend Mike’s place! Family friendly and girls trip friendly too!! Thank you Mike for an amazing space for our girls getaway! We would definitely stay again if we make it back that way!

Perfect Ocean City Getaway!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this oceanside condo in Ocean City, MD. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ​The condo was impeccably clean and felt so cozy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and relaxing. While the elevator was great to have, a definite bonus was the beach cart I used to bring our bags and gear up to the unit. ​The location is a huge plus. We had a great view of the ocean and the bay and had a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops right nearby. It was the perfect spot for a stress-free vacation. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful!

Such a cute and very clean condo. It had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen supplies to beach gear. Beautiful views of the beach and bay side. Beds were comfortable and a nice walk in shower. This one bedroom had one and a half bath that was good for us. It had walking distance to restaurants and stores. The beach is right there. You really couldn't ask for more.My husband and i hope to return in the future. Thanks Mike and Jen !

We really overall had a great stay. The location was perfect Accessing the vacation rental was easy. Your correspondence was excellent Instructions very clear. The place was small but very adequate for 2 adults and toddler. Appreciated all the supplies you provided and the Pool and elevator. Wished we could have stayed longer. There were a few downsides. There was no place to store non refrigerated foods. Recommend to remove some of drinkware from the cabinet to make spaceThe apartment needs some TLC. Some areas needs to be deeply cleaned such as the bedroom ac unit, bathroom drains had slow drainage Under the beds dirtySheets and pillows could be updated sheets were very worn Dryer did not work. Recommend to have more instructions on which remotes to use and what they were forStanding lamp in living room switch to turn on was broken Sliding screen door to balcony would not moveIf the downsides above are completed, we would love to stay there again in the future.

Cute and Cozy

This condo is super cute for a couple or a couple with a small child. It's close to the beach and has partial views of the ocean and bay. We initially had a kerfuffle with the keypad and entry, but communication was prompt and we gained entrance promptly. The kitchen had everything you need as far as cookware, appliances, cute coffee bar and dishes and glassware. The galley eat-in area is a little tight as far as someone eating at the bar area and someone passing by. Towels and linens were furnished so we didn't need to lug those along. The one bed was definitely more comfortable than the softer mattress. Something about the mattress pad/toper had me sweating throughout the night. The place could have been a little cleaner as far as we are concerned, and we are not super picky. I wiped down certain kitchen areas, bathroom cabinets and dresser drawers, but refused to do baseboards, etc. The plusses on this condo far outweigh a couple minor negative things. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the trip thoroughly! We would LOVE to book this again next year -- property was well managed, clean, good guests, very quiet area and balcony facing the ocean was wonderful! Had a restful vacation, while short, very pleasant none the less!

My family of 4 comfortably stayed here. Great place for the price, many places to walk to. This unit has everything you can possibly need in the kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms. I appreciate the hooks on the back of the doors. Everything was wonderful!
