Vous ne serez pas déçu! Ce n'est pas votre location typique d'Ocean City. Oceana II dans le nouveau coeur d'Ocean City. Capacité d'accueil 10. (1,352 sq ft) Entièrement rénové en 2008. Tout mis à jour nouveau et magnifique. 2 chambres donnant sur la piscine, chacune avec 2 lits queen-size confortables (2 NOUVELLES EN 2015 et 2 nouvelles en 2016), 2 grands placards. & 40 'LED & 32' HDTV's (Voyez l'océan depuis votre lit dans la chambre principale) 2 salles de bains luxueuses avec double vasque, marbre et carrelage.

Cuisine ouverte avec appareils plus récents et bar pour 4 personnes. Sièges de table 6. Même une machine à glaçons Sub Zero Fresh dans le bar chic! Carreau de 16 pouces partout. Corian contre-dessus tout au long. Le salon a un nouveau canapé en cuir (2015) pour 2 personnes, 49 'de télévision à écran plat LED HD HD et 2 ventilateurs de Casablanca avec lumières. Mur de miroir de 16 pieds pour voir la plage. Sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain. Parking gratuit attribué pour 2 voitures. Meilleures finitions, plus belle unité à Oceana. Linge de maison, 2 places de parking, et Wifi inclus. Il suffit d'apporter vos serviettes de plage et FUN! Super endroit! J'AI AUSSI PROPRE # 393106 le vérifier.

A few things were broken , it is very dated and could definitely use some upgrades ,, location was fine and considering I booked last minute and accommodations were available I want to express my appreciation for that. Beach Vibes

The condo was spacious and accommodating. The short walk to the beach was nice and the area was clean and quiet. There was stuff to do within walking distance and being a few blocks from the grocery was nice.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, extra blankets, and towels. Plenty of space in kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Lots of closet space and drawers to store clothes. Pool was clean and property was quiet. Family friendly building.

Positive experience

From the making of the reservation to vacating the property, we were well treated and our expectations were met or exceeded. Being on the ocean was enjoyable and convenient. Visiting in the early Fall allowed us to avoid the summer congestion.

Great Location with plenty of room

Great 2 bedrrom 2 bath right at the beach access. In the middle of everything! Could have been a little cleaner for my taste, but wasnt overly dirty. Only downfall is limited hot water in the showers.

July 14th OC Trip

Our group consisted of 8-10 post graduates who were looking for a long weekend of relaxation and that is what we found with this property. The listing is exactly as it is in person with a perfect location in terms of beach access and the middle of OC. Plenty of beds were available along with two couches and plenty of toiletries and linens. As for the price you could not get a better bang for your buck and Constantine is good at communicating back with you. Other amenities include two parking spots, pool access, deck with seating, two bathrooms, ice machine and others. This apartment was perfect for our friend vacation and couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great location, but needs cleaned and couch replaced

Good things..Location, view, and size of the condo Bad things..Couch, rips in each seat cushions and on one arm. Needs replaced Cleaners did not do a good job. Found a clump of black hair on the shower drain. Sandy floors. Keys hard to open door. Chamber seemed to keep slipping.

Great location

This property is right on the beach and had great parking. My family had a good time but there were a few issues. The lock box to get key for door was not easy to open. Once we got in the smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling and peeping. When I texted the owner he did not seem concerned. The shower in one bathroom did not work. The Keurig also did not work. There was sand on one bed and I had to sweep the entire floor. The laundry room was being used as storage so I had to move everything to do the wash. The couches are old and need to be replaced. That said, the owner was very nice and the property was very spacious. We did enjoy our time there.

Steps to beach!

Excellent stay! 5-stars! The condo has a reliable elevator and the building is steps from the beach, easy access to the sand and sea. The bedrooms are large, with two Queen beds in each bedroom and some extra space. The unit boasts lots of kitchen supplies and small appliances. The place is filled with mirrors, allowing for more ocean views through some of the mirrors. The balcony is on the side of the condo building and you have a view of the water from some parts of the balcony. It is not a full ocean-front view. The pictures posted on the site were accurate. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and we loved hearing the ocean waves, especially from the bedroom at night. This part of Ocean City is narrow. It is a quick walk across the street to see the sunset over the bay. We would watch the sun set over the bay and then watch the moon rise over the ocean. The kite-flying on the beach was great too. The TV in the living area is large and works well. Overall, I recommend this rental!

Loved our stay at the oceana II! The condo was very nice and clean. Loved how close it was to the beach! It's in a perfect area, close to good restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.

Great family get-away

We stayed here for several nights and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. It was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing time. Access to the beach is very convenient, just a few steps away. The view from the balcony was great too. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay and woukd love to return!

There were 9 of us total (ranging from 2 to 40's), and we all LOVED our stay. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the boardwalk this time. We loved how peaceful it was there. The beach was absolutely amazing! I think this has to be my favorite place to stay in OCMD. The owner was absolutely awesome. He is very accommodating, and even has a good sense of humor!! It was very relaxing there, and he was very welcoming. He was thorough with the details. We actually don't have any complaints on our end. I can't say enough good things to convince you to book, while also trying not to make it unavailable for ourselves next time... haha! I think everyone should have the experience we had at least once. We saw a sailboat going down the shoreline one morning. Dolphins were even seen from the balcony the following morning (which I wasn't even looking for). Unexpectedly amazing!! Thanks again for having us. We hope to be back before you know it?! :-)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this condo because we felt we could make it the best on the beach. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1352 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. Our family wanted to use it but it has been so popular we have not been able to use it ourselves but 4 nights in the past year. We also own #393106

50 ft to the beach, lots of space, won't feel crowded, lots of light, everything quality and new, this is not your typical beach place. PLEASE READ THE GUEST COMMENTS.
