The location alone makes this property the perfect retreat for a family or a group of friends looking to relax and explore. The beach is a short walk down the road, and the sparkling communities of 30A begin just four miles up the coast. Pier Park, with its seemingly endless sources of shopping, dining, and entertainment, is six miles in the other direction.

After a beautiful day at the beach, come home to unwind in the fenced backyard. Soak up a bit more sunshine in the patio loungers, light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, and set the table on the screened porch for a sunset dinner beneath breezy ceiling fans. The screened porch is even equipped with cushioned sofas and a large TV as well, making it a delightful spot for game days and movie nights.

The interior living space welcomes you in with its large windows and open layout. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances features all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. There's also an island breakfast bar, an open dining area, and a living room with soft recliners and a large TV for after-dinner movies. Other home essentials include garage parking, TVs in the bedrooms, central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
