Situées sur la plus grande étendue de plages magnifiques d'Ocean City, les tours Belmont sont idéales pour accéder à toutes les attractions, restaurants et parcours de golf d'Ocean City et à seulement 100 mètres du pont de la route 50. Le célèbre Boardwalk, «le numéro un des complexes de villégiature en famille sur la côte est», peut accueillir 10 personnes. (1 288 pieds carrés) Tout est à jour et magnifique. 2 chambres à coucher donnent sur un balcon avec vue sur l'océan / la baie et la baie donnant sur la piscine, le green et la terrasse de 11 000 pieds carrés Master / Maître dispose de 2 lits queen-size confortables et d'une télévision à écran LED 32, la chambre 2 est équipée de lits superposés Cette chambre peut accueillir 3 adultes de 4 à 5 enfants (enfants) et une télévision à écran LED de 81 cm. Les deux salles de bains luxueuses sont équipées d’une double vasque. Le maître possède une baignoire à remous Whirlpool.

Cuisine ouverte avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable et bar pour 4 personnes. Sièges de table 6. Comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, dosseret en marbre et bar. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen qui peut accueillir 2 personnes, une causeuse inclinable et un fauteuil inclinable, fixé au mur de 50 "LED LG 1080 Smart LED sur une cheminée à gaz. Sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain. Parking gratuit assigné pour 2 voitures. Le plus récent bâtiment le plus agréable de la promenade. Linge de maison inclus. Great unit for a great vacation in OC

Everything was great! Looks just like the photos and is in great condition with a great view. Only complaint would be that one shower made a high-pitched noise while using it, so hopefully that's fixed if we come back next summer. :)

Nice condo in good location.

Very nice condo in good location. Nice furnishings. Appreciated not having to bring linens and bath towels. Close to boardwalk with great views. Some toiletries and cleaning items provided which most condos do not. Reasonably clean and modern. Nice swimming pool.

Deceived and disappointed

The unit was in appalling condition on arrival. Garbage and filth, broken furniture, black mold in the bathroom, soiled sheets and linens. The unit had not been cleaned and the floors were filthy. When the owner was contacted he was argumentative and dismissive. He eventually agreed to send a handyman and cleaners two days into the four day rental. Outrageous and totally unacceptable. We spent a day cleaning the unit and washing the linens. The sofa was broken, the balcony door in the bedroom was rusted shut. The rental license posted on the wall was for another unit, not the address rented. This owner was negligent and unresponsive. The VRBO listing was for a clean and attractive rental. In reality this unit was poorly maintained, unclean and more like something out of a third world tenement. I am shocked that VRBO listed this host as a Premier Host.

Ocean City

The best words to describe this condo is LOCATION LOCATION VIEW!! The beach, boardwalk, restaurants were within a 10 second walk from this condo. The view from the balcony was magnificent!! The condo provided all necessary provisions for our stay: dishes, linens, washer/dryer, cable etc. Constantine was a great host. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

The stay at Belmont towers unit 706 was amazing! The location was perfect. Constantine was extremely helpful with the check in directions and answering any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Family Get Away

This was such a beautiful condo with an awesome location. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for our family group of 10! Clean and comfortable! The property manager was AMAZING! Will definitely be returning!

Great unit and location

The unit was very nice and very well equipped. It has a great view and we loved the balcony. We’ve been coming to OC for decades and would definitely say this is the best location of any we have stayed at. You are right on the Boardwalk and only a minute from the Inlet. The two garage spaces are great for the cruise in as well. Thanks!!

Amazing property / Amazing Property Manager

I would highly recommend this property and this property manager. The condo is beautiful and exactly as depicted. It is so close to everything downtown and the rooftop pool is great, since so many OCMD condos do not offer a pool. The property manager was prompt to respond, extremely courteous and easy to work and communicate with. In addition, they made it very easy to stay there. The inclusion of the linens and paper goods, as well as the nice welcome gifts of waters and popcorn are the little “touches” that set this property apart from others I’ve stayed at in this same building. A huge shout out to Constantine for being wonderful to work with and having an amazing property. We cannot wait to come back!

Location, location, location

The property is beautiful and spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The two garage parking spaces were a definite plus as there was no need to use the car during our stay. Being ON the boardwalk and in walking proximity to everything the girls wanted to do was important. Sitting in the family room looking out at the bay and Assateague during the day and watching the lights of the amusement park at night. The orientation of the unit allows for sunlight throughout the day. Most ocean facing units are shaded late afternoon til sunset but we enjoyed the sunsets from the extended balcony. The unit is well outfitted with everything a group/family would need from beach supplies to wifi to a well stocked kitchen for making meals. also, a FULL sized washer/dryer in the unit! It was like a home away from home. Constantine is a great host and very responsive. He details the entire process so any possible question or concern is addressed. I would definitely rent this unit again when coming to Ocean City.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo accommodated us perfectly. We were able to enjoy the evening in the living room/balcony combo while my 2 year old went down for the night. It had an amazing view of the Ferris wheel and carnival lights. Close to everything with beautiful views of what ocean city has to offer. Constantine was wonderful to rent from! We will definitely be returning.

Honest, trustworthy, and I want to make your stay the best I can. I can't control the weather but I can control where you are staying. You won't be disappointed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this condo because we own another on 83rd Street (see vrbo #168164 )and we had FANTASTIC SUCCESS so we felt we could make it the best on the boardwalk too. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1288 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. .

You have the best of both worlds. On the Boardwalk and near everything but also privacy 7 floors up & overlooking the pool & large deck with views of the ocean(inlet) & bay.
