Welcome to the Lazy River Lookout! We are ready to host you for a wonderful vacation! This condo is located on the second floor of the Tower at Wilderness Mountain, a picturesque new vacation community in Kimberling City. The neighborhood is only 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes from the Branson Strip. This unique condo overlooks the community outdoor pool (open seasonally) where you can sit on your own private balcony and watch your crew as they float around the LAZY RIVER!

The Space:
Welcome to our inviting three-bedroom, three-bath condo nestled on the second floor, boasting scenic views overlooking the lazy river and pool below. Positioned above the indoor pool and game room, our home offers both convenience and entertainment at your fingertips.

Gaze upon the breathtaking Table Rock Lake from both the east and west sides of the house, with decks on each side inviting you to relax and enjoy the stunning vistas. Inside, the open-concept layout creates a welcoming space for gatherings, complemented by a cozy fireplace to unwind by after a day of adventure.

Bedroom one features a comfortable king bed with an attached bath, providing a serene retreat. In bedroom two, another king bed awaits along with an attached bath for added convenience. Bedroom three is perfect for families or groups, offering two queen beds and a twin with a twin trundle.

Outside of our Wilderness Mountain retreat, guests can enjoy additional amenities including a playground, two outdoor pools, a lazy river, and an outdoor fire pit, ensuring endless fun and relaxation for all. Welcome to your home away from home!

Guest Access:
The whole condo will be yours! No needs for keys, the front door has a keypad lock on it so you will be able to check yourselves in! You will also have access to the indoor community pool located on the first floor of the building,

The lodge is conveniently located 10-miles from Silver Dollar City, 15-miles from Branson’s Highway 76 entertainment and Branson Landing shopping district. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we are local and will be available for anything that you may need!
