Lake Living Serenity!
This spacious home sits upon a hill with idyllic golf course and lake views. There is abundant wildlife viewing including a plethora of deer and perhaps the elusive fox. Stay a week or a weekend and you will return home refreshed and recharged!
The space
Inside:
The home was upgraded with quirky Austinish wallpaper and furnishing...after all the motto is "Keep Austin Weird!".
The home has 2 master suites. One with a king and a chaise lounge. The other with a king and a sofa with a pull out queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and twin as well as a pull out queen sofa bed. There is another space with a twin bed in it as well.
Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen has ample space to book a gourmet meal and/or host a large get together.
Fully equipped with: air fryer, crockpot, fryer, griddle, toaster, blender, rice maker etc.
There is also hosting dishes for plating etc.
The dining room has a view into the kitchen, so you are always connected to your family and friends.
Living Room:
The living area possesses a large sectional for relaxing and catching up on your favorite TV shows. There are blankets in the ottoman. There are multiple games in the cabinet you are welcome to play with!
There is a bar area with wine and margarita glasses for your use.
Smart TV where you can sign in for all of your streaming shows.
Kids:
There is a pack in play and a gate for the stairs in the downstairs closet. There is also a bin of toys/books. There is a stroller in the garage if you fancy taking a walk up the hills and scouting for the deer you are sure to see!
The door to the stairs downstairs should be kept closed or gate put up for safety reasons. On the deck outside there is an opening that leads down to the flat surface.
Work: There is a desk in the master that can be pulled out if you must work on your vacation and want a private space in the master.
Outside:
There is a weber propane grill and a charcoal grill should you chose to cook outside.
There are three decks for you to enjoy the Hill Country views! There are also two propane fire pits for you to share stories or play games around.
All parks in Highland Lake Estates are private and key guarded. This house is walkable to Hancock Park (0.4 miles) and Cody Park is 0.7 miles away. Cody Park also has a boat ramp.
The neighborhood also has a private golf course and a restaurant (Bunker Grille). There are 2 separate fully fenced pickleball courts and a tennis court.
Food:
Lago boasts not having any "chain" restaurants. We aspire to keep our country lake charm. Smiling donuts attached to the gas station is AMAZING!!! There is also a taco place in the gas station that has great food.
Point Venture is about 15 minutes away with a restaurant on the water and another golf course!

Lake:
On the weekends the boat traffic can be heavy on the lake. The waves can be high. We always recommend life jackets for the little ones even on the shore. There is some cliff jumping at several of the parks (Bar K and Hancock). Jump at your own risk.
Lily Pad: If you would like to use the lily pad in the lake please contact the host for instructions/expectations.
Fishing: Bass fishing is very exciting in LT! There are several guides that would love to bring you out to snag some big ones!
Guest pass can be granted for private parks and marina access. Vehicle license plate, make, model and year is required to register prior to arrival. Please discuss with host. There is also golf cart rental available in the area as well as boat rental.
Smoking: this is a non-smoking property. There will be a fine of $500 for any evidence of smoking.
Tenant assumes all risk when tenant and/or guest uses paddle boards/fire pits etc.
