Maison de ville spacieuse de quatre chambres située au bord de l'eau du lac Travis. Venez vous détendre Point Venture - une péninsule magnifique avec un parc de 50 acres en bord de mer avec rampes de mise à l'eau, golf, tennis et piscine. Le restaurant flottant Gnarly Gar est à seulement une minute à pied. La marina de Point Venture a du gaz disponible de mars à octobre.

Profitez d'une vue incroyable sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces de cette grande maison de ville. Au niveau principal, il y a un grand salon, cuisine, salle à manger, chambre (lit queen), deux salles de bain complètes, terrasse ombragée et une zone de couchage supplémentaire (lits superposés - lits jumeaux sur plein). Au niveau supérieur se trouve une chambre (lit queen). Au niveau inférieur se trouve une grande chambre principale (lit king et futon queen), une immense salle de bain principale avec bain à remous, une deuxième chambre / salle de jeux (lits superposés - deux lits superposés) avec wetbar et une terrasse ombragée supplémentaire.

Des escaliers en pierre vous mènent au lac et au quai privé. Ici, vous pouvez garder votre bateau, tenter votre chance à la pêche ou simplement nager. Si vous avez envie de vous détendre, faites comme chez vous dans la cour arrière. Il y a plusieurs balançoires à l'ombre.

Perfect

Perfect getaway for husband and I! The home was clean, comfortable & has everything you need! The lake was 45 feet below normal so the dock was quit a hike down! And it is pretty far from stores / restaurants but it was perfect for us because we wanted to isolate this weekend…the neighborhood does have a restaurant and store so you honestly don’t have to go anywhere if you choose to. We will definitely stay again.

Lake house for the eclipse

Wonderful visit for eclipse. House was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Host did an excellent job with communication. Only downside was how steep it is to get to the lake - but that is everywhere along Lake Travis. Overall, great experience.

Great home and neighborhood! Just be mindful it's a far drive to anywhere else

Home is beautiful and very accomdating. The dock was well maintained too and had a lot of outdoor furniture which was a plus. Only drawback was that the VRBO was almost 1 hr from most conveniences and nearby restaurants close quite early. Had the location been 'across the river' then it would have been a much, much shorter drive. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend!

Perfect Spot

Property was great! It’s even nicer in person than the pictures suggest. Plenty of space for everyone that stayed. View off the deck was beautiful, great spot for breakfast and dinner. Close to liquid thrillz and the restaurant if you want. The dock was our favorite spot. Plenty of noodles to just float in the water. The top deck was awesome, had a little opening to jump off too which provided entertainment. We hope to return to the property in the future. Definitely would recommend!

Relaxing lake time!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The owner, Scott, was great to work with and they have a prime location that always has deep water. Be ready to get your leg workout as the lake is low and there are LOTS of steps. But well worth it to enjoy the dock and swimming. Thanks for a great trip!

Loved it!

** Our stay was the first week of July 2022. Scott sends great/detailed information in getting you set up and to the property. The house is truly fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Unless you need a specialty item they will have everything (including seasoning). The house is lovely, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone in our group was impressed, the inside décor is very nice. And outside patios are wonderful. I can't say enough how much fun we had. I almost forgot to mention the pool is conveniently located also. It is a nice hike to the back yard doc, but well worth it. The water was perfect. This is a great property!

Lake Travis is Heaven on Earth

Booked this spot to celebrate our 28 year wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing! Scott was so helpful and easy to talk to, plus was very quick to reply to all of my questions. We had the best time ever--the townhome is beautiful, cozy, spacious and huge, it has plenty of seating indoor and out. The double decker boat dock was excellent, we got to park our boat and a pair of jet skis with no issues, the kids had a great time jumping from the second level of the dock. We loved the ping pong table!! So much fun. We had access to the gym which was directly across from us!! We also had access to the large parking lot which was extremely helpful in leaving our trailers while the toys stayed in the water the entire time!! We look forward to booking another getaway here very soon!

Where to start??

What a wonderful stay on the beautiful Lake Travis! There were so many positives about our stay we didn’t know where to start! So, I made a list highlighting our most memorable experiences: - Excellent communication from owner from start to finish - Easy/detailed instructions to follow from arrival to departure - Self check-in - Breathtaking views - Super clean home / smelled fantastic - Fully stocked kitchen with every kitchenware / appliance imaginable - 3 stories with ample space for a large group - Direct access to the lake - Dock with 2 decks - top deck is partially covered so you can stay in the shade or sunbath - Quiet, quaint neighborhood with DEER everywhere (my favorite part)! The deer were so tame that you could walk right by them while they laid in people’s front yards and didn’t bat an eye. - And SO much more…. I HIGHLY recommend this lake house!

Great stay!

We have rented a lot of lake houses on Lake Travis and this is in the top favorite! The dock is fabulous, the kids had a blast on the upper deck. The owner is very communicative and helpful. House was great and very comfortable. Gorgeous views of the lake! We will be back.

Great spot on the lake

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time to book and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is beautiful and the available amenities make this place a steal. The owner makes the check in/check out process easy and is easy to contact if needed. Definitely consider booking!

Lake Getaway

Overall this property was great! Only issue was the advertisement of a 4 bedroom, when really there were 3 and 1 bed in a game room off the master and 1 in the dining room. OMG AT THE KITCHEN STUFF. We did most of our cooking here and this kitchen was FULLY stocked! There wasnt a single thing we needed that it didnt have. THE VIEWS. OMG the views, we ate all the meals on the patio overlooking the lake. On Saturday night the restaurant up the hill has live music so you can hear it from the dock, which has a lot of seating and lights strung for a dreamy night on the water with perfect views of the sunset. Really recommend this stay. There were 8 adult couples and we never felt cramped even once!

Amazing Summer Vacation

This is our second summer in a row staying at this property on Lake Travis. The home is perfect for our large group. The dock is amazing-certainly one of the best, if not the best on the lake. A perfect relaxing vacay! We will be back!

Beautiful home! Plenty of space! Private dock with great views. Owner was very responsive.

We love this property. It has plenty of room. Private dock, great views. I didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back later this summer. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable so next time we might bring more cushion to sleep on. We honestly didn’t mind due to everything else’s being so great! Owner responds immediately and helps with anything he can. House was very clean! Best dock on the water by far.

A great weekend at Lake Travis!

My husband and I visited this property with friends during the holidays. It was spacious and very comfortable for our group. Much thought went into the decor which was rustic and nautical. The views of the lake were amazing! The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the pool and fitness center. It was also a short walk to the Gnarly Gar restaurant. We loved sitting out back on the large deck outside the living room enjoying the view of the lake as well as playing ping pong in the game room. We enjoyed the two level boat dock which has seating on the top deck. We also made good use of the large beautiful kitchen. We will definitely be visiting this property again!
