We, Liz and Alexis, are dedicated to making your stay at Santa Rosa truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, we are here for you — responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in every detail of your experience. The backyard is the heart of Santa Rosa — a fully fenced private oasis where family memories are made. Let the kids and dog roam freely while the adults gather around the pool, unwind in the hot tub, or watch the game on the outdoor 65" smart TV — all overlooking a peaceful greenbelt. End every evening around the fire pit with something sizzling on the grill and the whole family together.

Pool heating available year-round for a flat fee of $175 for stays up to 3 nights — request at booking. Additional charges may apply for longer stays. Hot tub is included with every stay — simply let us know when you'd like it on and we'll activate it in 2-hour sessions. Note: neither the pool nor hot tub can be heated when outside temperatures drop below 60°F.

Challenge the kids to ping pong or cornhole in the backyard — guaranteed fun for all ages and the perfect way to keep everyone entertained between swims.

Santa Rosa comfortably sleeps 12 across 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms — each a private retreat with hotel-quality beds, premium bedding, and thoughtful décor. Everyone gets their own space to recharge. No one draws the short straw here.

Step inside to a home that feels as good as it looks — open-concept, beautifully decorated, and designed for togetherness. The kitchen island, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly into one another, making it easy for the whole family to connect. Cook a family feast with modern appliances and generous counter space, then gather in the living room for a family movie night on the 86" smart TV. Start every morning right with freshly ground drip coffee or a quick Keurig K-cup — whatever fits your pace.

The 3 full bathrooms are sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh towels and everything your family needs for a comfortable stay. Based on guest feedback, we've added makeup cloths and wash cloths — because the little things matter to us.

Just 3 minutes from Lake Travis with exclusive resident access to nine private Lago Vista parks — perfect for family days out with lakefront swimming, picnic areas, boat ramps, and grill stations. Community hiking trails and golf nearby. A perk that most visitors to the area never get to experience.

Working remotely while the family plays? Santa Rosa's dedicated office is set up for productivity — a spacious 34" monitor, full keyboard, mouse, and printer, with fast WiFi throughout the entire home. Get your work done, then close the laptop and join the family by the pool.

Tucked in the quiet, no-traffic streets of Highland Estates, you're less than 5 minutes from Lake Travis, two golf courses, and local restaurants. Downtown Austin is just 45 minutes away — close enough for a family day out, far enough to feel like a true escape. One dog welcome.
