Calme, fin de l'emplacement de la route encore vraiment près de la ville. Cour boisée avec beaucoup de beaux aménagements paysagers. Les jouets pour enfants pour tous les âges, Nouvelle maison est double isolation avec une preuve conseil Homasote sonore pour permettre un contrôle de bruit.

Gorgeous Property, Excellent Hosts

Came to MV to celebrate 50 years of friendship with my 3 girlfriends. Brenda was AWESOME! She was so sweet, helpful and thoughtful. Great location, quite, private and a few minute Uber ride or local bus to downtown Oaks Bluffs. Will stay again. Cleanliness was excellent,

Perfect getaway!

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have every had! The location was perfect, the property gorgeous, the unit was absolutely immaculate with every amenity you could think of plus so many extra thoughtful touches, and super comfy beds. Brenda was so lovely and accommodating. The stone patio and flower beds were a little piece of heaven for morning coffee or drinks or just enjoying the peace and quiet! Loved everything about it! Thanks Brenda and Derek! We’ll be back!

Perfect Stay-Family of Four

The garden apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our children enjoyed the pond and all the fun things to do around the island. Brenda and Derek were outstanding hosts. Very accessible while also allowing privacy. Absolute 10/10. Hope to stay here for years to come.

Photos and description of the property are accurate. The apartment was really quiet and clean with easy access to the pond. This was our first trip to MV and after this week it may become a yearly tradition!

Centric Haven

Overwhelming gorgeous estate, conveniently nestled a short distance from Oaks Bluff, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. Phenomenal shopping, eateries, and beaches galore to soak up the sun and have great family fun! Brenda and Derek have cultivated a modernly charming resort style abode that we will definitely look to reserve on our next trip.

A Taste of Martha’s Vineyard

The property was amazing, picturesque, private, roomy, and immaculate. We had so much fun! The location was in close proximity to everything. We got to E-bike, dance, and star gaze! Amazing Property

We had an absolutely amazing time at Brenda’s Garden Apartment. The grounds are meticulous - should be on the cover of a magazine!! The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

First trip to Martha's Vineyard and this place was amazing. Great location. The baby and the wife had so much fun. The owners were very welcoming. I felt very safe and it was way better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely like to return for an even longer period. We were living/ loving the MV life.

Everything you need and more

We came for a long weekend get-away and didn't want to leave. Plenty of space for two couples. The apt was immaculate, modern and well decorated. From the fluffy towels, kitchen supplies to the beach equipment there was everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. The beautiful grounds and private pond were an added bonus. Property is close to town,right off main road. We will definitely be back.

Our favorite was the pond and the kayaks...The owners take pride in their place.i will stay again and would reccomend it to other friends.Close to a lot of fun places for the kids such as flying horses,game room,skate park is 1/2 mile and we saw a wonderful play at the performing Arts center 1/2 mile away..Best location we have ever stayed at..Off the main road but easily accessible ...YMCA is also 1/4 mile with pool and Gym..The cotterals will be back...

Great Unit on Beautiful Property

This is an perfect unit for a family on an absolutely beautiful property. The unit is connected to a family home, but doesn’t feel that way at all. It has a totally private entrance and we felt completely isolated from the main house. The property and landscaping are so beautiful, it felt like you were in a wonderful garden. The unit is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need- including full sized appliances. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is big and clean and includes a full sized washer and dryer. The linens are included- which is a great plus! The location of the property is close to pretty much everything! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very kind. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful find.

I just loved this apartment, the place is so emasculate and well taken care of..I was a little reluctant to rent with owners on the premises but I never saw them . She was so respectful and only emailed me or text me. The nicest place we ever stayed at on Martha's Vineyard. The pictures do it no justice. Everything is in new condition and very modernized with quaint touches of the vineyard everywhere. My children loved all the variety of toys and games, they played dress up every day with all the fun princess outfits that were available. There were so many extras that I was so surprised upon arrival. The yard just outside the patio that was In front of the rental it is so private from the rest of the property. We always felt like we were the only ones there. The peace, the serenity, I just loved lying in the hammock every day and watching the birds, the 100 year old apple tree on the property is breath taken in the fall. I have been here 2 years in a row and I would not go any where else. Book early since we lost our opportunity 2 years ago since it filled up so fast. The pond was an added bonus that I never even knew about until I arrived. The small ones just waded in the pond while hubby slept and I read. It's a great set up. A quaint sitting area right at the pond , the kids never got bored here. It was perfect not having to bring all the toys, beach chairs and coolers. We basically just packed our clothes. One last thing the owners are so sweet. She even picked me up from the ferry and took me to the grocery store since I was unable to get my car over until the next day. I just can't say enough about what a gem of a place this was..you will not be disappointed that's for sure ,

We moved in 14 years ago and we just love it here. I cook for a living and work a lot of hours and my husband has a landscaping business and is also away long hours. We love that we can share the house with so many families. Its such huge property that even with a crowd its situated so you all feel like you have privacy, a peaceful place to be ,People love coming here since they feel like its just paradise and a relaxing spot for family vacations!
Ample living space with spacious areas for family gathering...Lots of privacy being surrounded by beautiful trees around the property.

Kids can run free with no fear of traffic in this peaceful neighborhood...Located on a private culdasac you'll be glad to have the quiet time here to enjoy your vacation.... House keeping services available upon request.
