After staying here, we understand why this unit has received such consistently excellent ratings. We were able to make a "last-minute" booking and were completely satisfied. Modern unit, high-quality furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy parking for our car and bikes. The site design and landscaping are spectacular. Brenda was a gracious host and we really enjoyed meeting her. Would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Martha's Vacation

Our 2 night stay was wonderful. Brenda has a beautiful place in a quite and safe neighborhood. The peace, natural beauty and open spaces were second to none. Brenda is friendly, easily available and takes excellent care of the place. I would recommend this place with no restrictions and if visiting again would stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have every had! The location was perfect, the property gorgeous, the unit was absolutely immaculate with every amenity you could think of plus so many extra thoughtful touches, and super comfy beds. Brenda was so lovely and accommodating. The stone patio and flower beds were a little piece of heaven for morning coffee or drinks or just enjoying the peace and quiet! Loved everything about it! Thanks Brenda and Derek! We’ll be back!

Perfect Stay-Family of Four

The garden apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our children enjoyed the pond and all the fun things to do around the island. Brenda and Derek were outstanding hosts. Very accessible while also allowing privacy. Absolute 10/10. Hope to stay here for years to come.

A Taste of Martha’s Vineyard

Great Unit on Beautiful Property

This is an perfect unit for a family on an absolutely beautiful property. The unit is connected to a family home, but doesn’t feel that way at all. It has a totally private entrance and we felt completely isolated from the main house. The property and landscaping are so beautiful, it felt like you were in a wonderful garden. The unit is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need- including full sized appliances. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is big and clean and includes a full sized washer and dryer. The linens are included- which is a great plus! The location of the property is close to pretty much everything! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very kind. We’d definitely stay here again.

Centric Haven

Overwhelming gorgeous estate, conveniently nestled a short distance from Oaks Bluff, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. Phenomenal shopping, eateries, and beaches galore to soak up the sun and have great family fun! Brenda and Derek have cultivated a modernly charming resort style abode that we will definitely look to reserve on our next trip.

First trip to Martha's Vineyard and this place was amazing. Great location. The baby and the wife had so much fun. The owners were very welcoming. I felt very safe and it was way better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely like to return for an even longer period. We were living/ loving the MV life.

We moved in 14 years ago and we just love it here. I cook for a living and work a lot of hours and my husband has a landscaping business and is also away long hours. We love that we can share the house with so many families. Its such huge property that even with a crowd its situated so you all feel like you have privacy, a peaceful place to be ,People love coming here since they feel like its just paradise and a relaxing spot for family vacations!
Ample living space with spacious areas for family gathering...Lots of privacy being surrounded by beautiful trees around the property.

You'll never want to leave this peaceful retreat.....People from all over the world have stayed here from time to time...We take pride in extra cleaning practices to make sure this is a safe haven for all.
Kids can run free with no fear of traffic in this peaceful neighborhood...Located on a private culdasac you'll be glad to have the quiet time here to enjoy your vacation.... House keeping services available upon request.
