- This duplex property features an open layout without a front yard divider between House A and House B. We kindly request respectful consideration for each other's privacy to enhance your stay.
HOW TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY
Experience the ease of self-check-in using a smart lock app – unlock the door effortlessly with just a single tap on your phone!
Two days before your arrival day, you'll be receiving a message that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED:
-Linens and towels.
-Trash bags
-Liquid hand soap and dish soap
-Initial supply of coffee
-First few day's supply of the following:
Dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
(You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay)
- Propane tank for the grill
(We typically do not cover the cost of refilling the propane just provide the grill and the tank for the exchange.)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
✔We do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are firm about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
✔ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GUESTS: Our nightly rate includes the first eight (8) guests. With each additional guest, a $30/night/person fee will be applied.
✔NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
✔SECURITY CAMERAS: we have placed security cameras throughout the exterior of the property, including the pool area and the backyard. Rest assured that there will be no cameras inside the property, we highly value your privacy.
