*507 Sea Cloisters Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% cancellation fee will apply when using a credit card (VRBO, Direct and Booking.com). Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance.
