Located less than 50 yards away from the beach, this bright & airy end unit villa within the Beachside Tennis community in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Situated above the community pool and with spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound, this villa allows guests to relax and enjoy all of the peaceful tranquility of Hilton Head.

Sea Pines Resort is an award-winning destination for family vacations & getaways. You can either sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning Lowcountry scenery with Spanish draped live oak trees, saltwater marshes, palmetto trees, sandy beaches and lagoons or you can pack in as many sports, water & outdoor activities as you and your family can handle. Guests enter 1859 Beachside Tennis by taking the community elevator or staircase to the front door of this unit. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining area and living room. The hallway near the front door connects to the master suite and queen suite. You may access a private balcony from the living room and the master suite.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

Everything was great especially the views Amazing but the furniture was a little dingy and one chair was broken and the beds were very firm but the kitchen was well stocked and had a Keurig also living space and bedrooms were very spacious! Definitely would rent there again 😁

Perfect location!
Amazing view from the balcony! Short walk to beach and the pool. Across the street from Salty Dog, General store, Ice cream shop etc. No need to get in the car and drive everyday. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds! I fortunately had my beach wagon as it is on the 3rd floor and as an end unit (which I love the extra light from windows) was a distance from elevator and no luggage rack available to help with transporting everything to the unit. We had a 3 yr old which requires a lot of extra stuff. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this property. The decor was absolutely beautifully done. We also loved being right across from the Salty Dog. We ate great food and drinks and just walked back to the condo. The only thing i can say negatively is we wished there were carts on sight. I don't pack light and we are in our 60's so we had to make several trips to the car and back up. Thank goodness for the elevator. I will definitely stay here again. Perfect location and absolutely beautiful. We sat on the beach in the evenings and saw dolphins swimming in the water. Thank you so much.

We loved absolutely everything…the location of the unit, the views, the pool and grounds, and the decor. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. It was the perfect space for our family vacation and we couldn’t have been happier and more comfortable. We hope to be back!

Very good, As expected
Nice unit, good views, clean, close to the pool and the beach, and comfortable beds (this seems to be rare as I travel a lot and rarely am able to say it). Only negative or critique (knit picking here) is the main balcony is a little crowded with that big table and if/when it rains the cushions get wet as the overhangs are not quite long enough to prevent it. Definitely a minor issue though. All in all, we'll be back for sure.
